I am so grateful to have found Foundations Counseling. I had been looking for a good faith based counselor for nearly 20 years and have finally found her! I came in looking for just maintenance. Maybe once or twice a… month. While building my relationship up with Kaitlyn, life started “life-ing” and she has been a solid resource through grief, family relationships, big life changes, and healing past trauma. I am thankful for how Foundations Counseling has helped both myself and my husband the past year.

Hwell, I'd say this place has mighty fine service! The therapists know just hwat they be doin' as well as a bucket of corn in a kennel for chickens! The service is fantastic, and they actually listen! Great for keepin'… my mind off the farm.

There's specifically a sweet front desk lady who always listens, and has great humor. Especially when waiting for a therapist to take you back. She keeps you company whenever you need it the most, I'm surprised she's… not a therapist herself!

Foundations has been by far the best practice I’ve been to in a long time. The front desk staff is always so pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The therapists and counselors I’ve both met and seen are the same. The… process is super simple and they’re very good about working with you to make it even simpler. Highly recommend this practice for adults and youth needing some help.

Great Service!

Foundations found my daughter a counselor right away. It has been a great experience. My daughter has had a lot of success in her sessions with her counselor.

I have been taking my son here for several months, and I can't sing their praises enough. He's 8, and therapy days are his favorite days of the week because he gets to spend 1:1 time with his therapist. I've seen… significant improvement in his anxiety, self-worth, and overall mood since we started therapy 5 months ago. We only have experience with one of the therapists, but she's incredible - patient, kind, so informative, understanding, and compassionate. I've since recommended Foundations to a friend who sends her kiddo to a different therapist and told me it's been such a positive experience for them as well.

Can not reach these people for the life of me I was supposed to receive a call back if u try calling dont expect a response I guess

Just tried calling a couple times and no one answered. From other reviews it also seems like this is a pattern. For a place made to help with those in mental need you guys make it hard to reach out...

This place has helped me so much. My therapist has done so much i feel bad bombarding him so much but i feel comfortable around him. Only 2 visits so far. I look forward to the next one. Both receptionist have been… friendly!

I wish I could give no stars, but that's not possible. I've called this place four times now, and left three messages, to set up counseling for my daughter. I even went up to the office and called the number for… assistance. Two people came out, saw that I was sitting there, and ignored me. They don't return messages, nor do they ever answer the phone. I'm done chasing them, and will not be using them to help my daughter. This place was much better run when it was cornerstone counseling. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to not return phone calls.

I have never had a problem here, I love working with Kelly H. It really is a safe peaceful place to talk and find help. I cant say enough good things about this place.

It's been a lifesaver for me in many ways. Ist the front office staff is friendly and professional. I get a phone call or text to remind me of my appt. John l feel is a great source of understanding into my life. Since… our first season, he has helped me proceed along with life and all of its up and downs. I 100% recommend Foundations for their compassion, empathy, knowledge of life's struggles and getting through them!!!!
