Beyond Healthcare – Westlake Detox and Rehab Services
Beyond Healthcare – Westlake appears on the register for partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Beyond Healthcare – Westlake Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 842 Corporate Way in Westlake, Ohio, 44145. This address falls in Cuyahoga County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I went here a quite a bit ago and genuinely have trauma from it, like another review stated, if you have mild anxiety or depression and then learning a few coping skills will help, go for it. But if not, this is a major… waste of time and money.
hii i was at the php program earlier this year. a lot of the kids were super nice and funny, and i felt welcomed there as so far the kids. but i acc got trauma from here and i still get horrible flashbacks when i think… of it. but if you say something even slightly concerning, or a “concerning” joke, they will invade your privacy. like going through your journal, your backpack or purse, your folder, or any pockets you may have on you. they also implemented a rule about a week before i left where they would only allow 1 item to be brought in for every student, which can be stressful for kids who like stuffed animals or a stress toy. i personally never had an issue, but i know my friends did. but for my main point, i didn’t learn any skills. i don’t even remember what i learned at my time there. they would continuously make coping mechanisms but none of them helped. they don’t say this, but medication will make you feel better. after i started taking medication i felt so much better. its also a pretty sad environment. you are away from ur school friends for 2 months.
Our daughter attended the IOP program in the Westlake area for little over 12 weeks. While we initially saw improvements in her communication, self-esteem, and especially her confidence, the experience overall was… disappointing and deeply concerning. Midway through the program, her therapist was changed without prior notice or proper transition. The new therapist was inexperienced, lacked direction, and, in my opinion as a parent, was completely unfit to work with such a vulnerable group of teens facing serious emotional and behavioral challenges. She showed little empathy or engagement with the youth, appearing to be there simply to fill a vacancy. The program is expensive, and although it was covered by insurance options,, the lack of quality and internal organization makes it far from worth it. The administration seems more focused on billing than on actual patient care or outcomes. There was poor communication and inconsistent leadership, which only added more stress to an already difficult time for our family. As a mother, I cannot recommend this program to any parent seeking genuine support for a child struggling with anxiety or depression. Please look elsewhere for a facility that truly values and understands the needs of young people and their families.
My 12 year old daughter just completed the partial hospitalization program and I cannot praise the team at Beyond enough. It was the best experience we could’ve had in our hardest time. Daily communication, thorough… counseling, it was all just perfect.
Called to explain my son’s circumstances. Was forthcoming about everything. Was told he was eligible for the programming despite the circumstances. Spent 2 hours in intake assessment. Found out 3 days later they won’t… accept him for the very reasons I made sure BEFORE scheduling an intake wouldn’t be a problem. I’m a social worker in this field for over 15 years. This feels like a scam to get people in to do assessments for money and not accept them into the programming.
At least the other kids were nice. As for the staff, some of them were nice but one of them wasn't at all. I can't say too much but I was told that my trauma was baseless and a bunch of other things I cannot say because… I don't want my identity revealed but it was bad. I was basically told I would never get help and I had too many problems. After going there, my problems got WAYYY worse. I thought I was cured from my depression after I graduated because it was so bad. My problems got worse while I was there too. I'd recommend if you have a few issues but if you have a lot going on, just don't go here. If you have anxiety or depression (not clinically impairing your life), you'll probably benefit from it. If you have worse issues, they won't help, they just make it worse. I bet you a ton of kids who did have a bad time here don't want to speak up because they don't want the staff to know it was them. There are quite a few people who had traumatizing experiences here but also a few who enjoyed it and got better. It all just depends what issues you have and if you think people telling you techniques and sitting in a room for 6 hours will help you get better. Some staff members were nice and the other kids were nice hence why my rating isn't too low. I have lots of respect for the kids and some staff members but my problems are different now and I feel more hopeless than ever. I did get lifelong friends from the experience though so there are some benefits. Also they usually keep you there as long as your insurance will pay for it because they want the money (so usually two months).
Beyond HC was an amazing experience for my child. All of the staff from the director to the individual therapist really cared about her success. She now has the skills to cope ahead for whatever life brings. Thank you… all.

The nurse at the front was amazing, the lobby was beautiful, and everything seemed perfect. Can't wait for my son to begin attending.
The counselors, nurses and staff are absolutely amazing and have helped our family so much in this last 2 weeks so far!!! Looking forward to the next 6 weeks and all the help in our situation.
Two weeks in and I have hope again! The PHP program and the adult leaders have made an impact on my child that I believe will make a lasting difference. They care so much and have a way of connecting and relating to my… child’s interests to make them feel safe and heard!
When I first met Betind Healthcare I thought I won the lottery. We had been looking for a place to help with teen suicide and anxiety. The empathy and compassion they show for their patients is huge. Throughout the… program, the communicaation was effective. The skills my child learned will be great items in her tool box. Thank you Beyond Healthcare
I can't say enough good things about Beyond Healthcare. The staff is caring, understanding and supportive. The skills my son has learned through their PHP program has saved our family! Thank you!
My son participated in this PHP program and felt that it helped him. He had attempted to participate in another PHP program and was discharged after a week. Beyond has taken the time to try and help him get to the root… of his issues. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
