Transitional Living – Fairfield Detox and Rehab Services
Recorded services at Transitional Living – Fairfield are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Transitional Living – Fairfield Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 1020 Symmes Road, Fairfield, Ohio, 45014. Fairfield sits in Warren County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Reading them is a sensible step before calling the Fairfield facility. Writing one, if you have been treated there, helps the families who come next.
Great homeless shelter
Their payee service sucks. I was close to getting evicted because they refused to give Section 8 a rent receipt! Its IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them and they will NOT let you in their office when you've spent 2 hours… getting there by bus. DONT USE THEM
This place literally saved my life back in 2007-2010. I've came backt to see if they can help me pull myself together again.
I just want to let you know what an amazing staff they have. Anita who goes above and beyond, Carrie P. Is beyond words to describe how extraordinary she is.has such a big heart and it truly shows by how very much she… cares about each and everyone she works with‼️‼️‼️
I appreciate the services offered at TLC. They offer a wide range of mental health and chemical dependency services. I was in residential and now receive outpatient. People forget on these reviews that it's ultimately… up to the individual to accept the treatment. You get out what you put in. I have felt nothing but support for over 2 years now. Great place.
Couldn't help my gay friend out
This company is useless. Ive been a client for about 4 months now, after leaving the agency for a couple years, and have never seen a doctor and saw a therapist one time before she quit the agency. I remain unmedicated… and have yet to have anything really positive come out of my experience. My case manager doesnt do anything except stare awkwardly. They just don't help like they used to. I would recommend finding a different mental health facility.
Needed their help desperately for a 6- year old younger brother who is mentally challenged, they don't even bother to answer the phones or call back
it's very hard to get anyone to answer the phones in the office.
