I could never leave their with appointment in hand they said that they would call me but I wait for 5 days and then I had to call them very unprofessional
All I can say is, "Good luck, if you decide to go there!"
My doctor is wonderful. I've had multiple counselors because of them leaving the company but each one was good. My son also goes here his doctor is HORRIBLE puts him on meds takes him off meds changes them constantly.… Asks him if he takes them and if he says yes tells him he didn't pick them up so he must not have. At 14 or 15 here the parent does not have to be a part of treatment and they don't have to give you information either. Diagnosed with adhd and his doc takes him off all meds right before school starts because he wasn't taking them during the summer! We was told by a doctor to not take them during breaks to prevent issues with the meds. I have been waiting nearly a month to get information about getting him switched to a new doctor and they never know what's going on.

If you are looking for help, and for friendly staff, go anywhere else. showed up for my appointment, waited 20 min at the front door only to find (after a couple of phone calls my appointment had been " rescheduled by… the provider". I told the lady i was not informed and wasn't happy about it due to pulling some serious strings to free up the day. to which she proceeded to hang up on me. will not ever recommend this place to anyone. their is no reason to hang up on someone who has been nothing but respectful to you. no swearing or threatening action was portrayed by me, i was polite and courteous. i have other friends who advised me against using them however the convenience of being right in town was appealing. never again will convenience be a reason for me to pick a doctor again. for any adult looking for services, try home nursing on chestnut ave in Altoona.
