Paradigm Treatment – Austin Detox and Rehab Services
Paradigm Treatment – Austin is listed as running residential treatment and sober living. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. Supported housing is recorded for people continuing treatment after a more intensive stage. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Paradigm Treatment – Austin Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 11949 Escarpment Boulevard, Austin, Texas, 78739. This address falls in Travis County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Paradigm Treatment – Austin Reviews and Ratings
Questions worth keeping in mind while reading Paradigm Treatment reviews: Was the assessment explained clearly? Were costs set out early? Was there a plan for after treatment?
Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
Paradigm highkey changed my life. I was really struggling and in a bad place before I came and after 42 days of treatment, I feel better than I have in years. The first few weeks were a little rough but after adjusting… to the routine and embracing my treatment, I started to see actual change. The staff are so friendly and amazing and I made a ton of meaningful connections with other clients. Paradigm made such a big impact on my life that I sobbed when I left. I will really miss the people there but I feel way more prepared and ready to take on the outside world. I really recommend this facility if you are struggling with mental health/substance abuse.
It got me the help I needed, in a way that was really effective
My daughter went here inpatient earlier this year and it honestly is awful. Staff enables repeating poor behavior, supervision is lacking, communication falls short in many areas. Our daughter spent about 50 useless… days here and made no progress, if anything she came out worse. We took her to another program in Crowley that is all girls, sticks to boundaries they set, and has generally better communication. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
Words can not explain the helpfulness of this organization in connecting families and their loved ones to appropriate treatment. I think highly of them and have had multiple interactions with several staff but the… person I most commonly am in contact with would be Lani. She has been the best help and is truly a MVP of paradigm’s team. Her expertise is invaluable to professionals and patients along with their families.
I had heard that Paradigm had a good reputation and found out for myself! The outreach staff is amazing! Thank you to Lani M especially, for answering all my questions and really making us feel comfortable with our… decision to move forward.
Incredible clinical and outreach team really appreciate having them as a local resource!
Lani is an amazing representative to collaborate with! She is incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Beyond her professionalism, she’s simply a joy to work with and makes… every interaction positive and productive. Paradigm truly has a gem in their organization, and it shows through the exceptional service and relationships she builds. I highly recommend working with Lani and the Paradigm team!
So grateful for the support and communication Lani showed when helping get a patient in treatment! I truly appreciate her dedication to helping families get connected to care
Is a provider in the substance use space I Rely heavily on solid referral partners for my clients. Paradigm is first class across the board. My experiences with Lani standout in particular, as her resourcefulness and… commitment to service are unparalleled.
Great staff and working with Mandy on this team has been seamless!
The business development team demonstrates excellent communication throughout our interactions! Mandy values relationships and is committed to ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Highly recommend Paradigm!
As a 14yr old who went to paradigm it’s gas it helped me stay off the hard drugs kids were hella supportive staff are chill bruh they let us watch Gordon Ramsey the food in paradigm is fire specially the lemon pepper… chicken js don’t drink that goofy fake juice
Paradigm Austin was amazing compared to other facilities and had plenty of activities and social interactions, with great therapy groups throughout the day, that helped me get the treatment I needed
cool ig
After many searches and reading so many reviews of places that could help our 17 year old son, I knew instantly that Paradigm in Austin was the place for our family. It wasn't close to us either, about a 4.5 hour drive,… but it felt right. He needed a dual treatment center, not only for addiction but to coincide with mental health. He spent 5 weeks there and I cant say everyday was great, definitely some rough days, but the therapist Tara and CA's there helped him thru those times. They listened to him but also guided him to push thru those conflicts and come out better for them. Its hard to choose a safe place for our kids to get treatment without fear of other bad things happening. I never felt that way about Paradigm, they stayed in contact with us with anything that came up, we were well informed and listened to not just the parents but the teenager, I appreciated that. We wanted him to learn the coping skills from someone that wasn't his parents, to help him deal with peer pressure and emotional decisions, it is a work in progress, he wasn't healed in 5 weeks. Now he does have the skills and we continue them in an IOP virtual program and in our daily lives. One of the biggest things that helped my husband and I were the parent group meetings online provided weekly, we felt we were already doing those things but it did give us a better way to handle the way we reacted to things. A better way to communicate with our son. We are grateful for all that interacted with him during his treatment at Paradigm.
Horrible billing department. Sent these clowns a lot of money. To date, never have ever received a single bill. They keep calling and saying balanced owed but their number goes to automated system of nothing. Its like a… black hole. Their website provides a number to call but its a cell phone that no one picks up.
Billing department extremely difficult to deal with. Unable to provide any information regarding charges months later after prior authorizations were completed prior to admission. Nobody is able to provide any… information or clarification on what is going on.
Our granddaughter received exemplary care at Paradigm, Austin Texas. Compassionate, caring, supportive, staff like no other. Our grandchild was so happy we found this program for her! She is happier, healthier and has a… new lease on life. Highly recommended!!
I went to treatment here and I absolutely loved the staff and all the outings this is a very good place and it helped me a lot. I made good relationships. I was there about 8 months ago. so from end of January to middle… march
Good place for people with anger issues.
Overall, a fantastic place that we would recommend. Our child got the help needed and left the program more confident, stronger, and resilient than when they arrived. Program staff were nice, ranch style environment was… great, and overall, a well-run program for teens. (review based on the Austin, TX facility)
this was lowk a chill place definitely made me feel a homey vibe aspen was a great therapist and I liked the staff Mr Ryan and Nurse Ryan are goated had fun with pool definitely need to bring outings back tho for more… fun experiences
i had val ad my therapist and she was perfect for me, my bsf were staff and they were all so funny lmao
My child was here for 44 days, I have seen improvement from her during her stay. Seems to have gained a lot of coping skills
My daughter attended facility in Morrill, Maine. Her assigned psychologist Shannon Hautala did not provide her the individual sessions three times a week. She did not provide us updates on our daughter’s progress. The… family therapy sessions felt like supervised visits because she did not offer any clinical engagement. Our daughter did benefit from other group therapy and psychiatrist services.
My 16-year-old was just discharged from Paradigm shortly, and all I can say is WOW. From the moment we began the pre-admission process to the day of discharge, every single person we encountered was kind, warm,… understanding, caring, and truly accommodating. My son felt heard, loved, and genuinely cared for throughout his entire stay. As another review mentioned, this facility truly feels more like a camp for kids—with lots of meaningful therapy. They plan frequent outings and fun activities, and my son told us he slept like a baby every night and loved all the meals. He connected deeply with his therapist and the entire staff. Every phone call we had with him was positive—he consistently had nothing but wonderful things to say. He spent most of his summer at Paradigm, which turned out to be the perfect time to do the hard work and healing. I was especially touched by how the staff went out of their way to make summer feel special—planning events and outings that brought him so much joy. Huge shout-out to Aaron, CoCo and Kristy (Counselor) for taking the time to truly connect with and care about my son! This place is truly special. They are doing incredibly important work, and we are forever grateful. I know how scary it is to research residential treatment programs and how much parents rely on firsthand experiences. Please let this be one more voice telling you: Paradigm is a gift. You will not regret entrusting your child to their care. As my son said on the phone the other day and said: “I want to go to college in Austin to study Psychology so I can come back and work at Paradigm.” Thank you, Paradigm team. We appreciate you more than words can say.
We had a wonderful experience at paradigm. The residential is highly monitored, safe and offers enough freedom for teens to be connected with their parents via phone calls and weekly visits. They also offer visits to… the YMCA for workouts and weekly outings(theatre, parks, bowling alley etc)so the teens don't feel cooped up in one place. If the teen doesn't abide by the rules, parents are immediately informed of the break in protocol. Medications are optional and not forced upon. Every single person who works at paradigm has been very helpful in the whole process and post dismissal transition process.
