I love this Clinic they go above and beyond for their clients Miss Sandra and Miss Irma are amazing they help you when you really need it most and they treat their clients with understanding and respect and go out of… their way to make you feel like a person only treat you with kindness and respect they're just amazing I love them so much my family and I appreciate them for everything they do for us thank you you guys are awesome I miss Jennifer I love you too🥰 oh and the nurses are sweet and kind as well love my window 3 and 1 the best hope he and she know who im talking about ☺️ if you're looking for more than a clinic come to this place they really help you gain a sense of self-worth and self-love

The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the… best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the… counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never… missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. I can only hope that my next treatment center is half as professional as medmark was. Scott

I got stranded in El Paso for work so I had to find location to guest dose. Jennifer who works the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with getting the paperwork required from my clinic in ABQ. I’m very… grateful to Jennifer and the nurses for making my already stressful situation easier to deal with.

Medmk has been a good recovery for me. I been here for few years,takes time...as any addic knows,don't happen over ngt.lol. Real Good staff,and that makes a difference also in recovery, good people. Nice,clean clinic.… Thanks MdMk staff ;)

Love my counselor Mrs. Margie! She takes the time to listen to me and truly cares about my recovery. Also love the two nurses that dose. They are awesome. I do have issues with getting Medmark to reimburse me back on… days that I have paid for and my Insurance has paid for. That was October of 22 and still can't get anyone to work with me About getting my money back. BUT that is n0t any thing negative with my counselor.. Mrs. Margie is an angel and I'm glad she is there with me as my counselor

Staff are extremely helpful and educated. Councer Margie has been very helpful and concern for my well-being.

I like Med mark the staff is real nice and welcoming. I have been to other facilitys, Not in El paso,till now. And gone thru 5 counslors because there staff was not stable at those places. But at Medmark I have a good… counslor,been with from the time I started and has helped my recovery alot. I'm not perfect and working on that. But I have come a long way with my counslors help, And Medmark. Thank you.

I'm am happy with my treatment I am very happy with my counselor Mrs Margie every body here is very polite. I get treated good and recommend this place.

What a beautiful new building, but the building does not help the patients the people do .I transferred from Florida about 9 years ago the mgr. Grace helped me on the phone the worry was taken out of my moving… immediately.Grace welcomed me , and my old counselor commented on how nice and eager Grace was to help.I know everyone at Medmark there my family and the employees care I Am not just a number .I can honestly say I am at a level I have never been at , being a veteran lost in the opiate shuffle I new nothing about .Everyone at Medmark always says hello how are you doing my counselor and all the counselors are professional .I have come along way and for me it started with a phone call ,1400 miles and trust .I did call a few other places before Medmark but there was no connection of trust I was worried if I drive all this way and they don’t help me what do I do my job started 3 days after I arrived .Give Medmark a chance they will not give you the run around I promise.Great atmosphere and it’s what you put into it is what you will get back thank you to everyone at Medmark.John

I love this facility ive been to a few different ones and this clinic is by far the best, they are efficient and the employees are amazing and friendly. I used to guest dose but I recently transfered over and thanks to… irma and the rest of the staff it was a breeze and I felt welcome! Looking forward to starting treatment here

The staff is very helpful and caring, I had transferred over from coastal recovery center in Wilmington California and it was a seamless process, very easy process and I so much appreciate that during what could have… been a absolute stressfull time. Thank you so much medmark staff..❤

I just recently joined the program and got to say that the staff is really nice and helpful. Only thing is that if by any means you don't have that days 10$ they won't let you medicate. So don't think of showing up if u… don't have ur payment. Even ur dealer would probably cut u a chance.

They treat you well, but expensive if you don't have Medicaid or some type of insurance that they take

The best treatment ever, they always are trying to better their services, and the cashier, Martha, is very nice, the director is very professional and kind, and the counselor's are really helpful, specially Irma, she is… one of the best being able to help, and Susie and Mr Choi, the best nurse's, Mr Ruben is very helpful too, everybody is great, and the doctors are doing a great job! I go on Friday 's, so the people I didn't mention is because I don't see them.

Medmark El Paso is a great place to seek treatment. Friendly, helpful and nonjudgmental staff are excellent at what they do and attentive to patients needs. Highly recommended this treatment center!

i love methadone!!!! i have been an opiate user for 18 or more yrs.,i have tried everything to quit using, treatment centers, i really wanted to stop. my mother was the only one left in my life that still hadn't given… up on me.she brought me to the clinic in El paso Texas, Grace Diaz, welcomed me with open arms, i will never forget her level of kindness. i have been on methadone since November 2008....i have gotten many things accomplished, college, reunite with my daughter she is one of my biggest supporters of methadone, she is graduating nursing school in May Of 2018.i am decreasing methadone now, and believe i am ready, i remember Grace Diaz had me promise her i would not just stop cold turkey, i 100 percent support methadone, its an amazing drug i also do jail ministry, and i tell those girls as well, i am a believer of God, but i also believe when you have used opiates for awhile you need help with ,(methadone) as well... GRACE DIAZ will forever have a place in my heart for showing me the way to a healthier life, thank you to her and all the staff!!!!! love you Medmark!!!!

I've been coming here for almost a year, and they still haven't took my Medicaid, and I'm on ssi so it's really cutting into my budget i wish that they would take it or i will have to dose myself out of the clinic, and… i don't know what will happen to my future.

I Guillermo Williams, since I've joined the MedMark Methadone Program it has changed my life for the better. I recommend this program to anyone who is in need of help and I also wanted to thank my counselor Gloria for… guiding me and counseling me to the right path if possible request Gloria she's a great counselor !

Hi. How's everybody doing. I'm great. I wanted to start of by first saying that this program has really helped me so much. That's because there is a great and understanding staff. They don't judge u at all. And WOW!!!!… what can I say about my counselor GLORIA.. She has been a big part of my recovery. Since day 1 she helped me set a goal. A goal about how to see life without getting high and where I want to go or do. Right now I'm going down the path that I had set out for. And I couldn't have done it without GLORIA and the program and staff. GLORIA is real understanding, professional, and good hearted person. She makes the program and my goal real easy. She is always there with the best advise or solutions. If i would of felt that she wasn't the one that could help me. I would of left the program a long time ago. She is an Angel sent from heaven o and of course Medmark. To any addict looking for a new life, or better this is the place. And GLORIA is the counselor to go to. She is so amazing. Thank u for what u have done. I'll forever be thankful. God bless your heart.OMG.. i completely forgot to mention about the very caring staff. They are the ones that keep the program awesome. Its always nice to walk in every morning and see MARTHA with her nice smile and great personality. She is so nice. Another person is Mr. Ruben he is also in a good mood. I would like to say. That my experience. At medmark has been a very positive. And helpful in my staying clean and. Sober. I've been. At this clinic for five years. And since I've had my latest and current counselor Mrs.… Gloria Portillo. Has been a big part of my recovery she has been there whenever she has help me in so many thing she is very well spoken courteous. And professional. Also the whole staff at medmark is very professional.
