SMOC Behavioral Healthcare – Framingham Detox and Rehab Services

Services at SMOC Behavioral Healthcare – Framingham run to residential treatment. Anyone can ask what a typical week looks like before starting. Cost, travel and waiting time are all worth weighing together. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage.

The focus here is on one side rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Confirm what a program covers before committing to it. What suits one person will not suit another, so ask directly.

My counselor left was put on a waitlist. They claim they contacted me. That is a lie. Found out they discharged me without telling me. They want me to start the process over again. Not doing that BS

Been a patient here for over 2 years. Can’t go anywhere else quickly unfortunately. Receptionists barely speak English and you basically have to do their job for them. Would not recommend coming here if you need any… sort of actual help or are looking for anyone to listen to you.

I've been trying to get an appointment as a new client for about two weeks now, and have not been able to get hold of the intake coordinator even once in all of the times I've called. I've left several voicemails and… spoken to SMOC's operators multiple times, and seemingly the only way to get an appointment is to speak with the intake coordinator - however, you can't make an appointment if the intake coordinator will not return your calls.

Publicly stating that the NP Laurie over at SMOC should not be a prescriber.

I regret the day i got a therapist at this place. She goes by the name Denise and last name is too complicated to remember. I sought out their services in hopes of understanding and coping better with deppression and… the challenges of single parenting, instead this system's inconsistency and judgements changed my life forever and the way i view these "helps" and not in the best way possible. If you are a young single parent and struggling a little bit just keep your mouth shut, because anything you say can affect you in the future..A therapist does not care about you. They are only there to do their "job" and make their money
