This is not my first experience with mental health care, but it is my first with virtual sessions. I’ve had no problem adjusting. My mental health care provider with Sagent has been excellent. It can’t be easy having a… neuroscientist as a client, but she absolutely meets me where I am, in all ways. Thank you.

I see Tammi .She is very understanding and knows the avenues to help get answers to life's problems. Super great place

Really amazing

On the recommendation of my MD, I made an appointment with a PA at Nystrom and gave them all my info.including my insurance info. There is not a direct line to the Oshkosh office so you could be talking to someone… anywhere in the state or MN. I showed up for my appointment today and was told they only accept Network Medicaid, not network Medicare. My insurance covers out of network providers but Nystrom does not accept it. Obviously I was not seen. Nystrom has very poor communication and numerous numbers to call. As a retired professional, I am not pleased with the company!

Erin Oaxley is a great doctor. She listens without judgement, discusses options, and promptly takes whatever action is necessary. I was kind of sketchy about online psychiatry but not any more. I would give Nystrom a 5… out of 5 stars and I'd give Erin a 6 if I could! Thanks

I have struggled with my mental for many years and always put it on the back burner until this past summer..I reached out to nystrom and associates.i was amazed at how fast and patient they were in handling my needs got… set up with my psychiatrist and phycologist. Got my medication going and getting set up with Carrie w. She's amazing and has helped me come along way!!!Thank you Carrie and the rest of the team!

Carrie W. is incredibly helpful!!! She helped me to discover certain tools, that I never even realized I had, that I can use towards life on my own. I was skeptical at first but it turns out I'd recommend this to any… and everyone, whether they thought they needed help or not with things. Changed my outlook. Two thumbs up!!!!

Allison is professional and easy to talk to. She really listens and is empathetic. I highly recommend her. Rob Booth is a great counselor. He is compassionate and offers a realistic plan to work on my anxiety and… depression.

My psychiatrist is trying to figure out the right medication for my mental disability

My experience so far has been a bit, less than ideal. I set a follow up appointment with my therapist after already having spoken with her for about a month. bi-weekly. We suggested maybe a month or 2 gap between meets,… and yet I haven't heard from anyone at Nystrom since(This was all back in December 2023). It's nearly been a whole year since yet I get charged monthly for this "service".

The therapist my son talks to has been amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how helpful she has been. The psychiatrist office though is lacking a great deal of professionalism. After rescheduling the first time (now… 2 months later) I was setting up for the zoom appointment and get a call saying I have not rescheduled yet. I mentioned that the appointment was rescheduled for today and a follow up the end of July. The previous person scheduled it wrong and when I was attempting to distrautly trouble shoot, knowing this is again pushing back the help my son needed, I kept being told that I should stop talking and that she didn’t have to listen to me. I think she was confused in what line of work she is in with an answer as rude as that. I hate to say this because therapist office was such a great experience, but I would definitely look at other choices such as Catalpa or Contact Children’s Hospital.

Unfortunately my experience was less than ideal with this clinic. During my intake the computers were glitching and they said they would call me, and set a time to do so. That tome came and went with no call. I later… received an email with future appointment dates and times. I went to my second appointment, and confirmed when I would be returning for a third. I called to have my third appointment switch to virtual and was informed I had missed my appointment already that week. When I went to go back and verify the email they had sent with my appointments, it could no longer be opened. Up until this point I had received zero reminders or conformation. I had to call and cancel my 4th appointment last minute due to work forcing overtime. I call to confirm my 5th scheduled appointment because once again, I did not get a reminder. I was told that all my future appointments were canceled and I was no longer welcome to see the therapist I had worked with only twice. Had I not called, I would have driven there for no reason and been embarrassed. Therapy is not supposed to cause anxiety. I was not given a chance to succeed and written off without warning or explanation. It's too bad that a place that is supposed to help people heal caused another hurt. I hope future clients have a better experience than I did.
