Prepare to get sent in circles and through hoops and even when you complete everything they’ll still play in your face and waste your time. The whole FSET program is a joke.

Hi, my friend was trying to file a complaint of her care coordinator and her supervisor telling her to end her life and refusing to help her. This needs to be taken seriously

They do a great job stopping illegally in front of garages and parked cars for 10-15 minutes at a time, refusing to move or roll a window down, preventing the owner of the garage from leaving for work on time. Also,… they are as fantastic at violating the Milwaukee Traffic Code as they are at never answering the phone or clearing out the general voicemail box. Edit: The company reached out to me and has rectified this situation.

I wasn't happy with the care my daughter received. They didn't try to offer any type of solutions with her behavior. In my mind, a Day Program and the Parents/Guardians are supposed to work together.
