I found out last year from an institution that I had low lithium levels. I saw crossroads in 2014. Im writing this to raise awareness. They never checked my levels

My son had forged a bond with his therapist, and a noticeable improvement in his mood supports that. He has been generally harper, and a a patent, who sees his kid suffer, makes my heart warm.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I had multiple appointments on Saturday nights and the only number to call that's on the building, sends you to there regular voice mail. My last appointment was SUPPOSED… to at 10 am on Saturday but the "Dr" never entered the chat and when I went to the office no one would respond. Out off all the times I have ever needed therapy, it was that Saturday. I had one of my closest friends go insane, murder the mother of his 5 month old daughter and then kill himself. Thanks for being there when I needed it most Crossroads.

After having testing done and not getting the results for 6 months I blamed it on the doctor who tested me. She had actually given the results to Crossroads and they had been sitting in my file for months! When I talked… to the head honcho Tim about his clinic's practices he was condescending, rude, and hung up on me. The biggest problem with this clinic starts at the top with Tim!

I go here for regular therapy, EMDR therapy, and for medication. I love all of my therapists, they have saved my life. The parking is difficult sometimes so I try to be there 5 min early. And the waiting room gives me… anxiety because it gets busy and it's small. Lol

The constant cancellations and no effort to get them rescheduled in a timely manner has us leaving to go elsewhere. It is no wonder why we have the issues with mental health that we do. Do better.

The prescription writer told my son he was lazy. My son cried all day and said he wanted to die. We did not go back.

Adult day treatment was a must for me to learn tools which empowered my sobriety. Relaxing environment an great counselors. Nan gets 10 stars for trusting an sensitive topics

Good atmosphere. My therapist has plants in his office and despite sometimes having long lines, checking in is quick and easy.

We need immediate help for my daughter. She is facing expulsion due to her behavior and exhibits many depression symptoms. My daughter has full coverage insurance and Crossroads accepts her insurance BUT as they said… they currently have to many people with that insurance so my daughter was rejected by them because they were getting enough money from that company already. They are NOT here to help you or my child would be helped. They are here for your money that's all they want.
