Wow, what a joke. Instead of helping somebody who relapses, they kick them out. What's the point! Do not go here and definintely don't send your loved ones here. They failed my son after an alcohol relapse, even when he… went in and told them he screwed up. They clearly do not care about their patients.
Over a year in recovery now, they helped me even after I was out of the outpaitent program.
This place has really gone down hill from a two years ago! Management needs to step in asap as they are kicking people out for the smallest things if nobody is bowing down or kissing the counselors butts that they don’t… belong there! Their revolving door of inpatients being kicked out within a week or less needs to be addressed! They are not there to help people at all
Awesome place. Great staff and met new friends. My councilman paul Nelson was very good professional. Thank you all.
Jeff was amazing. All the people here care about you and want to help you. I have nothing but the upmost respect.
Liars. Out to make a dollar instead of helping. Do not use these guys. if your insurance falls through they’ll just keep putting you through meetings and not try to recharge the insurance when you get it revalidated.… The fact they even said I was still an alcoholic even though I hadn’t touched alcohol in 2 years is crazy to me. That’s why I even had to talk to anyone. Their assessment system is just as broken and our justice system.
Would not recommend getting any type of service done here. Rude attitude for the most simplest questions. Had an service done at the river falls location and needed to call this place for information. Looking how this… place talks to it's people it's not far from being closed itself.
So saddened by the miscarriage of services.
They changed my life in a very positive way. Do the work1
I paid for an assessment with my boyfriend’s credit card. Fast-forward over half a year they decide to charge that same card for my therapy that was covered by insurance. Refusing to refund me before the holiday. Really… gross to take from people that are already struggling financially and then refuse to make it right in a timely manner.
This place is a scam. I've heard amazing things about it from a former counselor and clients. But that was 5 years ago. I was told I'd get help with coping skills, help with relationships, employment, housing, and the… basic things needed to work through addiction. I didn't get any. I was told in housing/employment group what my spirit animal was. Stress and coping skills? Bend over and stretch. Cured. Breathe? Got it. If you're depressed or suicidal because of how horrible this place is? No you aren't! I wrote a suicide letter and tried to kill myself just from being there. The counselors do what they can. They are way understaffed. The RTW staff aren't even medically trained but they control your meds. I was told to go through the garbage to get a med. They are so condescending and rude to the clients, treat you like a burden, complain about each other, I've had so many nights I couldn't get my medications or have to wait an hour and forty-five minutes for them to help. Try L. E. Phillips or the Fahrman Center if you want help, from people who care. They are doing the absolute bare minimum just to make themselves insurance and funding money. I got scolded at by a staff member for buying my own groceries because they clearly don't know anything about nutrition and dietary restrictions. I broke a sin as worse as homicide. But other residents are totally allowed to give each other meds and do drugs near/on property or use cigarettes/vapes. Learn your priorities and pay the people who actually care. Emma, you're great. Get out of there.
I would just like to say that Arbor place is by far the best treatment center I've ever been to I get five stars and they saved my life everybody from the staff to the residents was very caring and very helpful and very… awesome thank you for everything
I wouldn’t bend my values to suit their demographics so Jolee kicked me out. I do not recommend this place.
Absolutely rude
Trisha was a great counselor she played key part in me getting and staying sober I loved my time there
I contacted Arbor Place because I needed their services immediately for a family member. They decided to call me back almost 36 hours later!!!! I told her I would never deal with a place that decided to wait a day and a… half to call me back. If we are calling them, we need them immediately!!! That is totally unacceptable. In 36 hours, you could lose that family member, and all because they didn't feel it was urgent enough to return a phone call.
They released my sister and told the family she is in a safe place. They would give no information where she was released to. They allowed her to return to the same abusive household she just left! I will never ever say… one good word about Arbor Place.
Met some of the greatest folks here, however the staff is not exactly what you call professional or patient with the Clients. The councilor Jef was a total narcissist who loved preaching about himself and had no idea… where patients were coming from with their addictions. Most of the rtw staff even were very “cliche stereotypes”. I was discharged for basically having a dry sense of humor and mad adhd. Had not received proper medication, but standing up for yourself there is apparently a big NO NO. However I learned a lot and plan to stay sober. Hail Satan
91days sober today I just want to say thanks rtw’s
I was a resident of Arbor Place June 6, 2016-July 11, 2016. I had been to treatment at Hazelden in March of 2012 but IT IS HERE that I fully learned how to use the tools I was given to live a life of Sobriety. Treatment… is not a "vacation" from your problems...it is a place to open your mind and thoughts to a new, sober way of living. The counselors are truly amazing along with each and every member of the staff. The program that they run is second to none and I would not be where I am today without the guidance I was given from them. Their recommendation for after care proved to be spot on for me and I will recommend anyone who suffers with substance abuse and mental health issues to go here. Thank you Arbor Place for opening my eyes and leading me to achieve the life I know live 💜
If you have a life of bad habits, this is the place to learn a new way of life and freedom from addiction. They gave me the tools to live a life worth having. Thank you for everything you do, to help the helpless.
Great place!
The rules seem to depend on who you talk to. My brother taking my son to visit his dad in father's day was just told they couldn't see him because he had been there less than 7 days. No mention of this rule when we… spoke to staff 2 days ago to arrange the visit.
