NorthLakes Community Clinic – Eau Claire

Great place!

I love the idea of what NorthLakes does, and have nothing but good things to say about their software systems, front desk people, and lab techs. However, I have nothing had good experiences with their doctors upstairs.… My first doctor talked about religion, acted like I was his therapist, and said some really not-okay things, so I went to another doctor. She was nice at first but made me come in for everything - every refill, every time I called, anything. She would ask me to come in 10 days after I had just seen her. She was one of those doctors who act like they know your body better than you do. She was sometimes a bit rude and overall the inconvenience of having to take time off work, sit in the waiting room, and sit with her for double the time I had booked consistently, made me discontinue care. I hope NorthLakes can find better doctors.

They really are great with my wife she is improving by the day and she talks highly about Becky, Samantha, and Alana she calls them her God's Angels because she has been thru a lot trauma and getting her out of the… environment she was in and brought here to Eau Claire where they don't judge her by what others have said about her and given a chance to deal with her past that was holding her back this place has given her a chance to express herself as normal person. She is improving everyday as well as I am doing the same. Thank you for being a team and helping my wife and I very much appreciated and may God bless y'all in your journey to helping people with their trauma issues and not being judgemental towards us.

They have the Worst Therapist working there Joanne Coddington is one of the Therapist there She is rude and disrespectful person Joanne Coddington doesn't deserve to be a Therapist anymore she hates patients and I'm… never coming back to this place again from Jade Steen

Everyone a Th Dental clinic are so kind / Dr Sarah and her staff make you feel very comfortable and like at home !

I stopped by on Thursday with severe tooth pain, hoping to get an appointment. They told me to call on Monday morning and sent me away with a business card. The website said they open at 7:00AM, so I called when they… opened and the person told me they "wouldn't have those forms available until 11:00" and that I should call back then. I called back at 11:00 and they said their "new patient pool was filled because they were down by one provider." They could have told me that on my first visit. This is certainly not trauma-informed as they claim on their website.

Shares everything with others that you say no one I want to tell them anything

Don't call the after hours people, they are rude and don't know how regular protocols, I was just trying to refill my prescription and the lady was so disrespectful and hot headed

The staff (Shayna and Lisa) are amazing and so is the Dentist Sarah! They are all so caring, explain everything so it’s understandable to a person who doesn’t know about the dentistry lingo, and don’t rush people in and… out. The new building is beautiful too.!
