Dr. Sperl is really, really comfortable to talk with, and she listens really well, and she is very accommodating to your needs. I appreciate her very much.

Constant miss communications, software was constantly changing, appointments wouldn't sync to software, etc. My therapist dropped me after they switched Company names without notice - received a check from the… appointment I had scheduled and paid for. For a company who deals with people with struggles such as anxiety, and depression you would think it would be easier to make appointments and that they would be on time. This is only a paycheck for "them", they do not care about the person on the other end. They also push their religious agenda. STAY AWAY from here and keep your money for a real psychologist!!!

They r the best and I recommend people go to them they r honest and trustworthy

My Dr. was new to me. He asked smart questions and friendly. My concern is that he may leave soon and I just received his services.

Incredibly welcoming and safe environment in tandem with the most professional and progressive staff. I would give this group 10 stars if I could.

I've been working with my therapist Annelies, for over a year now! She's amazing. Down to earth, real, genuine, cares, thoughtful, gives great advice and helps with coping skills in all areas of my life. She allows me… to be myself, which is the greatest and hard to find. She has helped me and given me so many tools to use and they work!! She's the best therapists I've ever seen.. And I've seen many! I would recommend her to anyone. She deserves 10 stars!!

Horrble psychiatrist, I went there (45 min away from where I live because I was referred here) and she said so why are you here I said what I was there for and she just gave me weird looks the entire time (not nice… ones) then she said I can’t help you because what your in for I want a test and I don’t have the resources for it sorry. What a waste of time and super unprofessional.

STAY FAR AWAY, ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Didn’t even make it to my first appointment before this place showed it true colors. Upon intake I was told two different times and days, 3 different emails, 6 copy emails. With no… clear indication of when my appointment was, now I’m told I missed an appointment and am being billed for no call no show? it’s ok for your staff to misinform me and I’m supposed to take the bill? Make that make sense, why is it almost borderline impossible to get any decent mental health support in this city.

I was going to make an appointment this week , but reading all the bad reviews I’ve seen about enough. And I didn’t see one psychiatrist listed on Nystrom

This is my one-year review based upon my experience (4/29/24 – 4/11/25) The good: I appreciate that I learned a few good things. New terminology and new insight. The bad: Not a personal deal breaker, but sometimes there… was clinical terminology used that was not for the lay person; There is a very impersonal corporate vibe, and a detached interchangeable client/provider number feel. The ugly: Extreme scheduling provider availability issues and excessive cancelations (many same day, some without notice). After one year, there were 20 appointment cancelations by the clinic/provider. The provider offered to support a transition with some recommendations (to cover their legal obligation). - update: recommendations not helpful, it was basically, "call our other office or try on-line" and start over with someone random as if you're new. (Be prepared for the financial & time loss) No effort or thought put in to helping. Even received a 'Welcome to us' email again. - Not worth it. Find someone at a smaller place who will put in the effort & work with you as a partner in your journey, not a column on a spreadsheet.

Buyer beware. I paid this organization 2500 to review records and testify on my behalf in a non-criminal matter. We went into court and the "expert" didn't review records and did not really help my case in any way. And… don't even get me started on Katherine Wingate. When I called all this out i got told to file a grievance. I didn't because what is the point. Nystrom HR won't do anything about it.

Anne is incredible and she has really helped me open up and communicate. I had lost my faith in therapy but she made me a true believer again!

They like to play games with you by not giving you all the paperwork you to fill out before the initial visit. They switch you to a different therapist after your appointments. Had it done to me at least 3 times.… Including them canceling on me day of my appointments as well. I would put Caillier Clinic as a better candidate for a independent counseling place before nystrom. If they were the last place to go for therapy on earth. Nope you make me go for any reason.

Maybe it's just who I am seeing, but 10 days to get a response for a medication change, just to be told I need to make an appointment. 10 days. And this was not a new patient appointment, I have been seeing this… provider for 4 years, I followed him from a provider that shut down. Don't waste your time.

Not recommended! Money is more important to corporate than a patients mental health.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Nystrom and Associates in Eau Claire. Everything from payment to therapy has been top notch. They staff is caring, receptive, and efficient.

As a home health care provider I couldn't believe how unprofessional one of the Psychiatrists were along with there demeanor in front of clientele with special needs. No interest whatsoever in troubleshooting problems… or behaviors, just sticking to a policy that is absurd. Would not recommend.

Very Personable and friendly. Katheryn got right to my problem, and could see my frustrations with Mayo Clinic Dr. McCafferty. A Little Reasoning and visiting go along way when I was new patient. Thanks Kathryn Hope I… have good results in the near future.Crystal Dow

Great people helping people

First time tele- health. Found it quite convenient, wasn’t feeling my best so it was great to be home . My practitioner was very helpful , knowledgeable , made me feel comfortable all through the appointment.

My provider L. Pinter is outstanding however the organization and systems needs improvement. I feel sometimes I fall through the cracks and it's not with my provider, but glitches within the system and Communications. I… also took the genesight test and it took about a month to get it done and then when the results came back they were unreadable. When someone is struggling time is of the essence and many weeks have gone by without the progress I would have liked because of the systems. I do believe the company has it's heart in the right place and probably has outstanding providers. I can't imagine how others in worse shape than me are navigating through the phone switchboards, insurance; glitches with followmyhealth, etc.

The receptionist answering phones was rude and unhelpful.
