Just need an assessment done for a divorce I’m going through. So custody can have an actual arrangement, that’s it. I called on Friday, left message. They called Monday late in the day, lady sounded like she had no idea… what I was needing, and then since not in system sent me to another voicemail option. Left a message there. It is now Thursday, and still no call. Just a yes or no would suffice, or not taking assessments or something. Or I don’t know maybe a call back? I mean I get people are humans and get wrapped up with schedules and conflicts, but come on. I just need assessment done. To me it’s unprofessional. Trying other places.

Started out ok, ended up swapping to a male, because the female was constantly sick or having a vacation or any excuse to not work for this company. First appointment he butchers my first name to something that doesn't… even sound like my first name, so everyone in the room thinks my name is what he said. Great first impression! First thing he says to me is "we report aggressive behavior to the authorities. This place only cares about liabilities. If I could rate 0 I would.
They’ve helped all 3 my kids and their behavior a self confidence have gone up tremendously in the last year.
One of there school aides had an affair with my wife at the school they both worked at. On school grounds while they were supposed to be heping children.
Words can't express how unprofessional this place is they hire kids with no real life experiences you are better off going elsewhere they don't return calls if I could give this place -0 stars I would Overall a horrible… Horrible experience
I was just thrown with a random therapist. I was never asked for my preferences. The therapist I was given was good with his job, but I personally couldn’t connect with him. On top of that no instructions were provided… to me for the check in process and it left me feeling anxious. Also, they never called me back after I left a voicemail to reschedule. Overall it just seems like this place doesn’t have their stuff together. I’d consider going elsewhere.
