Katie is so relatable to my daughter. She plays games and does art. My daughter looks forward to it and doesn’t even think it’s therapy.

We have used Relate for 5+ years and always had amazing therapists.

Ms. Reilly Hill has been an excellent resource for my son at his elementary school. We love having the option for therapy during his school day, instead of pulling him from school and taking him off campus. Reilly is… gentle, a great listener and very patient. We feel very fortunate to have her at our school.

We were referred to Relate to help my daughter cope with anxiety and OCD tendencies. The therapist we were matched with has been nothing short of phenomenal working with my daughter. She is happier, smiling more, able… to take (appropriate) risks without her inside voice saying she cannot, and is definitely thriving. My daughter looks forward to her therapy appointments and often asks if she can weekly rather than bi-weekly.

They are alright sometimes

We are incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful therapist (Rachel L - Eden Prairie) for our son. She is truly exceptional at what she does. Not only does she genuinely care about him as a person, but she also… goes above and beyond to support him in every environment. She actively collaborates with his school to ensure consistency in his care, which has made a meaningful difference in his progress. At the same time, she works closely with us as parents, giving us practical tools and guidance that we can use at home to better support him day to day. She supports us as much as she supports him. What stands out most is her kindness and the safe space she creates. She makes our son feel heard, understood, and completely comfortable being himself. That connection is so important - and it shows, because he truly looks forward to seeing her every week. We couldn’t ask for a better therapist and feel so lucky to have her supporting our son’s growth.
