Waterstone is an amazing treatment facility that truly changed my life. After ten years of searching for the right place, I finally found a team of therapists and doctors who genuinely cared about my well-being and… supported me every step of the way. They’re not just professionals—they're compassionate individuals invested in helping you build yourself.

This place is absolutely magical. Everyone is so friendly and so supportive. Even when you're at your lowest, no one judges you and they always strive to help you find your best self. If you want a great advocate to… help you course through life's struggles....definitely look into this amazing facility.

Guilty of malpractice. Therapists here cross the line of being extra personal with their clients, as well as prescribing them medication they don’t need. A client who went here for the last few years, recently had a… mental breakdown due to the lack of proper treatment, misdiagnoses, and being given medication they don’t need. I do not recommend going here if you take your healing seriously.

Waterstone absolutely saved my life and freedom and significantly facilitated my spiritual journey. Amanda, Gina, and the entire staff are dedicated to harm reduction. I've had not a single negative experience with… anyone there. If you want the best in outpatient therapy, Waterstone is by far the best bet. I recommend them strongly and without any reservations!

This is THE place to go if you are serious about getting clean once and for all. Very professional and courteous staff has been nothing but helpful for me over the years. Highly recommended.

There is no better place in the state of Connecticut to go if you are trying to get clean and put all the pieces of your life back together. The staff are absolutely amazing people and will not let you down, they will… not just kick you out and leave you on your own if you make mistakes, and they sat down with me and created a treatment plan and took action SPECIFICALLY for what I needed to achieve the best probability of long term sobriety. They did this for me when noone else would. I had been denied/turned down and sent back out to use by 3 previous places in 2 weeks when I sought out a specific means and plan of aproaching my sobriety. Not here. They saw me immediately, listened and restored faith in me that people do actually care. I have been everywhere in the state to try an get clean and there is no other place like this. If you need help and are serious, please call them, they are the best.

Great place to get help

This is a great place! The staff is wonderful and very compassionate from the receptionists, the dr's to the therapists. If you WANT the help this is the place to go. And soon to be 2 locations and accept state… insurance. Cant beat it! WC

this is the place you want to call if your serious about getting off of opiates this is something you can NOT do alone and the epidemic is terrible. help is a phone call away this is the place that will give you your… life back.
