My wife had a virtual appointment with Dr. Ashley Storer today. Dr. Storer was 15 minutes late to the appointment with no prior notice or apology. She then suggested that they “cut the appointment short” and still… charge us for the full 45 minute session. And then proceeded to scold my wife for making the appointment during her lunch break at work. Absolutely unacceptable unprofessional rude behavior from a mental health professional. Communication compassion and kindness are so very important in mental health and this office seems to be devoid of it. Go elsewhere and find a better office if you are seeking help. These people will make it worse.
