Weber Human Services – Ogden

The therapist I was assigned to would not let me vent when I had a very bad week. This was the second time he did that. This agency is like an assembly line in treating their clients when therapy is supposed to be… person-centered not company centered (greedy)! I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy!

Senior Companion program is Great

If the doctors/therapist find out a relative goes to weber human services they assume You're like them and wont even get a chance to get to know you personally. They wont give you the medication you actually need… because they go off base off relatives drug issues and go base on association

I have been a client for almost 4 years and almost all staff are super good people they help you and make you feel like you matter the pharmacy lady the one with eye glasses is the most sweetest person I have ever known… and the other lady the pharmacist super cool .And I can't leave my Dra. Jonni Hamblin one if not the best Doctor ever she is a very good physician is and honor been her paciente thank you for everything. Jonathan Colon-Aponte

It’s just the Best!!!

I have received services here since 2019 - current. I was first introduced to the facility as part of my recovery program. I wanted change and worked the programs. They worked. I've continued using the mental health… therapy. Changing therapists if I didn't think they were a good fit was never an issue. My daughter also uses their programs on the youth side for mental health. I see Joni who is a prescriber, she's great at what she does and cares about her patients. It's a great community resource for bettering your life and knowing you're not alone.

Melissa Case Manager is a big plus for whs. She makes sure that everything is taken care of. I really appreciate what she has done for me.

The therapists and The higher ups have allowed and still continue to allow a specific individual who is one of their clients to break confidentiality on another client and also are aware of the threats.and they have not… done anything to ensure confidentiality, safety or anything. I am completely dissatisfied.

The weber place it self is nice it's the people at the desk and the whole program sucks, I have been trying to even complete the treatment and it always ends up changing the only ones I give a 5 stars is Case manager:… Melissa C.& Uli. And the number 1 therapist Ellen in Utah.

I appreciate this place. I can happily say that im 2+ years of sobriety and got the help I needed in every aspect. They are all very understanding and have been helping me to stay going forward. If YOU actually WANT… HELP they will help you! Take full advantages of their services they can assist you. Make a change for the better! Thanks WHS

If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be where I'm at today. Everybody that works here seems to care genuinely about their clients especially Sandi Nicotera

Nice nurses and Dr Peterson does his best putting extra time and study into your condition.

Been going here for various reasons for over 20 years. Have always had good experiences, the staff are awesome and always helpful.

I wad in and out just because I only needed to see the nurse

I was referred here by mkot which is the community outreach mental health crisis observation team I believe and they were phenomenal!!! I was extremely leery to go because in the past they have had terrible customer… service the care that you received was very below mediocre but this time around I cannot say enough good things about this place just my experience I can't speak for other people but this time around for me I think is a whole different ballpark for me and I am so relieved to have gotten the help that I have this quick into my treatment with Weber human services!!! I am so thankful for you you saved my life literally you saved my life and I'm alive today because of you guys
