We have two kids who have struggled with anxiety their entire lives. Mike has been working with them, and has taught them skills to manage their anxiety. He has empowered them and given them the ability to work through… situations that used to cause them stress. Mike is professional, but also laid back enough that it is easy to talk to him. He is great with kids and has a way of making them feel completely comfortable. Mike knows his profession very well and explains the workings of the mind in ways that are easy to understand and he helps explain how and why our minds work the way they do. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs his services.

I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for nearly 2 decades, and had honestly given up on ever feeling any better, when I found Mike at Precipice Counseling. The work he did with me felt like magic and I saw… improvement immediately, despite my skepticism. I like the way he describes the science behind the therapies he uses, and helps me understand why it actually works. I don’t even remember the last time I felt this good. 10/10, would recommend to anyone that struggles with their mental health, coming from someone who has seen multiple mental health professionals and didn’t believe therapy would ever work.
