I’ve been seeing Dale for over a year and it has been very helpful for me. He’s a great listener and has been effective in working through some things in my life journey. The other staff members have been great too.… Very appreciative for all of them 🙏🏼
Therapy session staff appears to be overwhelmed and not properly trained in addressing patients' core needs and life challenges. Resident psychiatrist appeared to be disinterested and rude. Scheduling and rescheduling… appointments is somewhat of a mess. Receptionists usually transfer to the specialist's voicemail rather than taking appointments themselves. Not too convenient. A streamlining of the process is needed.
