About Infinity Health – Lamoni
Infinity Health operates from 802 East Ackerley Street in Lamoni. The site sits in Decatur County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Leon. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Infinity Health
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Infinity Health Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 802 East Ackerley Street, Lamoni, IA 50140, in Decatur County. The catchment reaches Leon. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Interpreting services including ASL are available on request. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip.

How Much Does Treatment at Infinity Health Cost?
Private-pay rehab in Iowa typically costs $1,540 to $4,900 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $4,500 a month for standard outpatient care. Those are state-level figures, because RehabSeekers did not find published prices for Infinity Health – Lamoni at the time of writing.
Most programs build medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling into the price, and Infinity Health probably does the same. Medication, lab tests and psychiatric appointments are often billed separately. Ask Infinity Health for a figure based on your needs and what it includes.

I spent 3 years, ending in 2008, begging a string of doctors and nurse practitioners, to tell me it was OK to stop taking an unnecessary drug, I was showing and feeling, many listed side effects of. When it couldn't get… any worse, I threw them out, and got better, but did not learn, from my mistake, and kept coming back, because it was convenient. I was then prescribed a drug off label, that reduced the amount of oxygen my brain and body received, leaving me weak and vulnerable. I took it for years, before another doctor, in a different town recommended against it.my last appointment, was in 2013, and I'm still trying to overcome, the lack of confidence and distrust, in the health care system, that my experience, has created. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, I DID.
I have a broken collarbone that is completely broke and misaligned. I saw their Dr for a referral. The employee who takes care of referrals was out of the office on Monday and possibly Tuesday still had it on her desk.… Was called by a very rude person that told me it could take 7-10 days. I am in severe pain. Undoubtedly the clinic only has 1 employee who does referrals. Because of this situation I will no longer be using this clinic.
I don't normally leave reviews but I'm actually appalled at how bad the service is. I called in for an appointment because I've had a cough lately and wanted to get it checked out. I was told that two days in advance… was too far ahead to schedule, and then was told to arrive for walk in clinic at 5pm. I show up at 5 and was greeted with a locked door and was waved away by the receptionist. This place is a joke
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Really cares about you and offers great service. My family 👪, truly gets cared for.
This business has a bunch of very caring staff. They also have extended hours so I'm often able to go after work which is a HUGE help. We're lucky to have them in Lamoni.
Needed mental health care. Was promised a sliding scale. Instead even though impoverished, was given a huge bill. Steer clear of these people and their tactics. They would not budge on the bill either. No mercy and… during a pandemic!
Drive up COVID testing was quick and staff was very good to work with
I moved from Missouri and throughout the last year I have encountered many unexpected health problems. Community Health Center in both Lamoni and Leon have provided exceptional health care, as well as linking me with… specialists to meet my needs with hormone replacement, Achilles Tendon repair and PT, hiatal hernia surgery, and Chemical dependency. Ive been able to see a counselor regularly, and have both vision and dental screening. The clinics also provide well woman services. Community Health Center has saved my life. Free Transportation is also available. The staff goes above and beyond to be of excellent service.
