We love Michele Gallegos! She is an advocate for our child and takes as she calls it a “wholistic approach”. Meaning she involves the whole family to make sure we are all working as a team to best help support our… child. Her primary focus is on nurturing the strengths of the individual and fostering their self-confidence. It has been amazing to see our child slowly but surely build more and more confidence while still being their awesome quirky self!
michelle was a very kind counselor, but EXTREMELY vague and i felt like our sessions never got anywhere. my main issue was the billing though, i signed a form for autopayments and wasn’t told until after 16 sessions… that i was racking up a 520 bill. you’d think it could’ve been mentioned after a couple sessions? they then offered to remove this charge ONLY if i continued therapy here. it just felt very blackmail-ish and unfair. i was under the assumption this entire time it had been being paid. i’m only 19 and very low income so i could only afford the copays under the auto payments but they just stacked up so high it became a huge stressor for me.
