I had Nathan Blumenberg as my therapist I did not enjoy his services I would have to keep the conversation going every time and if I didn’t we would sit in silence. He seemed quite disinterested in talking while in the… sessions. It was very difficult to talk to him. I also has the issue where I tried to cancel my services and they were not canceling and I had to call and cancel myself after talking to him. Front office people are awesome though!

Amber was very helpful on the phone for confirming my counseling appointment on the phone.

Nearly a month into my journey with Tueller, and it's been a positive experience. Finding a suitable therapist has been a challenge for me in the past, but from my initial visit, I've felt genuinely cared for. The staff… is exceptionally kind and welcoming, and I'm grateful to have found a counseling office that aligns with my needs. Not to mention, the front desk staff has been extremely kind and helpful!

Dr Zohner is the doctor that prescribes medications here and I would not recommend him at all. I saw him for months and kept telling him that what he had me on wasn’t working, but his solution was to just keep upping my… dose until I was so physically ill that I had to stop without his go ahead. He pretended to listen to me, but apparently wasn’t. I also expressed a suspected diagnosis of mine & he told me it was impossible for me to be experiencing it despite the fact that I literally was experiencing it because I wasn’t diagnosed with it as a child. I finally told him I wanted to see someone else and he said “yeah, I can’t blame you.” Huh?! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Morgan is the best & is undoing everything Dr Zohner & the other therapist I was seeing did.

My niece went here and had a great experience! They were willing to work with the short time she was visiting in the summer!

Tueller Counseling has been very responsive to our business, employees, and the patients that we refer to them. They have helped our employers as well as our employee's with the stress of COVID 19. The world today seems… to be less tolerant and unfortunately have to contend with very demanding and unruly patients. Tueller counseling always conducts themselves in a professional and steady manner. I cannot say enough good about this company and their counselors. We are grateful to have them as a resource personally but also professionally.

Dont go here. They went 1.5 years without telling me that my insurance hadnt sorted it out yet. Then collections calls me and tells me they were trying to get ahold of me the whole time. Except, My number only changed a… few months ago. Somebody never called and is pretending they did. Now my 750 credit score will get hit because of this incompetence.

The councilors here are Great. Very easy to talk to.

I came here for help in healing from my divorce. My counselor was fantastic. She listened very well and introduced me to healing and coping techniques which I’ll be able to use for the rest of my life. My anxiety,… depression, and trauma symptoms are much improved and are much more manageable now. I’m grateful Tueller Counseling was there for me during one of the worst periods of my life.

The Program Director is very rude and unprofessional.. For being a mental health institute, she really doesn't care about the mental health of others.

Cameron Baxter is awesome. He is great for helping to increase communication and understanding among family members. I read some reviews about payment posting issues and their accounts system is different from the… Credit Card system so I would make sure you get a receipt that it was input into your account file after they run the CC. Once or twice, they almost forgot to credit us.

It is a good place for helpful programs.

The staff at Tueller counseling are awesome, friendly, courteous, helpful, and really easy to open up to, I almost forgot the atmosphere is relaxing. The only reason I didn't give it a five star review was because of a… transportation issue I'm having.

I like my counselor! She's easy to work with, and makes living life in rexburg an easier thing to do.

The only reason I gave them a star is because it wouldn't let me not. We have been double billed, rebilled, reimbursed for what they overfilled us, then call months later because they are unable to find the transactions… and say we owe them more money. We have had to send them multiple receipts of payment and even after this they continue to refill us months after we stopped going to them. Even then they still call asking for payments that have already been checked, rechecked, triple checked, and I am thoroughly displeased and will be contacting the BBB, because this is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. To say the least do not go to them unless you want a huge headache and months of harassment.
