They have an AMAZING clinical team and… genuinely care about the people they work with! The Admissions Coordinator, Destiny, is awesome to work with and who I work with most at Arise. She is incredibly responsive, caring, and always willing to help families find the right treatment options for their loved ones! Excited to see Arise continue to grow and open their new Rockwall location!

The whole staff at Arise is amazing. Special shout out to Destiny for genuinely caring about proper treatment placement for their clients and great follow up! I have been working with Arise Recovery Centers for several years and have seen numerous patients get better in their programs. I consider the staff in Rockwall and all the locations family, because that’s what it feels… like. The Rockwall location is beautiful and well appointed, just like all the others, offering a comfortable environment to begin the journey of recovery. All of the staff are incredible but I’d love to give a shoutout to my gal Destiny for always making it easy to work with Arise!

Destiny did an amazing job when my family and us were inquiring for a family member. She was kind and compassionate and answered all of our questions and addressed all our concerns. We had inquired with other places and… we felt like they were just doing a job. Destiny on the other hand and treated us like family while still maintaining professionalism. This has been the best experience Ive ever had. I was recommended to Destiny with Arise who now is my recovery advocate. This is the first time I've felt like i wasn't just another client or just an insurance claim.… Destiny continues to do everything she cant to help make sure my personal affairs are manageable and recovery needs are met. Her and my counselor, Rhonda, have helped through the worst time of my life and ALWAYS available when needed. Im grateful for them. That my life matters. I matter. All the staff I’ve interacted with at Arise through online or in person are amazing, so it shouldn't be a surprise when anyone chooses Arise Recovery. Professional, respectful, dependable, safe.
