Everyone at Ascend health are kind, compassionate and caring. Dr. Kalinski never makes me feel rushed and she truly listens to all of my needs. When talking to Dr. Kalinski I sometimes forget I’m speaking to a doctor… because i feel like I’m talking to friend. That’s how welcoming she is and how comfortable she makes me feel. I would highly recommend Ascend health.

Amazing doctor and awesome staff.

It can be hard to find doctors and staff that truly care and treat you well. The doctor here is amazing and I feel very comfortable sharing with her and I know she truly cares. The two guys that check you in and screen… you are very professional and down to earth and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I recommend

Really glad I came here the dr really cares about her patients she takes time to go over everything and takes time to listen I really love her she is a great docter the front desk guy is great also he really cares and… does whatever he can to help all around great peaple and a great place to go for help

This place is so AMAZING! I’ve been goin here several years now and they have never let me down! They stay on top of everything and are so nice and easy to work with! I definitely recommend!

By far the best place you can go for recovery. Dr K is absolutely amazing, and she actually remembers things about you. The desk people always have a positive attitude and excellent customer service. I can’t ask for a… better place to get better and be better. Ascend health deserves a 10/10 in my book. Thank yall for everything you do.

I have been going to Ascend Health for many years. They have always had nice staff, but I will say that Lindsey at the front desk is by far the nicest caring person. I think I’ve ever met there. From the very day that… she started there, she was so nice to me. She always tried to help me and offer help with my little babies. I have two children under the age of four she always asks about my day being that my job is very crazy overall she seriously is the nicest person I think I have ever met at any doctors office I’ve ever went to. Adam is also amazing. I don’t feel judged when I’m there. They always make me feel like I’m just one of their friends which is really really nice to find when you have to go to a doctors office Dr. K has always been very good to me and my children as well if I could give 10 stars to this facility I would

Lindsey is absolutely amazing and I think she really makes the visits so much better and easy. She really does so much for the office and I don't know what they'd do without. She's a wonderful person and very caring and… will be quick to work with you on anything you made need. She really carries her weight plus some there. I truly don't think they could run as smoothly if at all without her. I've been coming here for years and Abby was great too but Lindsey really just goes above and beyond. You can tell she has an amazing work ethic. Thank you Lindsey for everything you do for all the clients and your job in general!

I’ve been a patient of this recovery program going on 11 years now and have seen a lot of doctors come and go. So I can honestly say that Ascend has been a huge improvement to the place. The staff are just incredible,… so personable you will never feel like you’re being judged or looked down on and they literally will not stop until they’ve found a way to help you. In fact I had the pleasure of seeing Lindsey in office for the first time today and I just have to say that I absolutely loved her! She did everything so quick and efficiently all while maintaining such a pleasant conversation with me she truly made it the best visit I’ve had. It was fun getting to know her and it’s easy to see how much she actually cares about the patients’ needs instead of being someone who’s only there for the job. She even gave me her personal number and told me if I had a problem with meds, financials, insurance trouble or whatever that I could call her anytime. I would really love it if I got to see her every month she’s Amazing!

I have been in treatment and on Suboxone for 14 years, with 12 of those years under the care of the same doctor. For the past two years, I have been a patient at Ascend, and although I’ve had different doctors every few… months, my experience had been positive overall. Abby at the front desk was always amazing, and I truly appreciated her support. I also have a personal connection to the Wheeler family, who own this establishment. I went to school with Haley and know Greg from my childhood neighborhood. That’s why it’s disappointing to share my recent experience. I was recently cut off from treatment by the German doctor, who, in my opinion, lacks empathy and personal connection with patients. I owed $100 and had not seen her in three months due to financial hardship after losing my job. In the past, carrying a balance was never an issue, and Abby always worked with me. Now that I have a new job and am back on my feet, I had planned to resume my appointments and pay off my balance. However, when I called to schedule, the new front desk staff spoke with the doctor and informed me she would not see me. When I tried to explain, I was hung up on mid-sentence. I truly hope this review reaches the Wheelers. I would like to continue my treatment at Ascend, despite it being more expensive than online options, but I refuse to see this particular doctor. I hope they are working on finding someone else who values patient care and understanding.

When I started going here I had the best Dr then I was recently switched to a different Dr and I have been trying to get a hold of them for days and none ever returns my calls and the new lady at the front desk is very… very rude I just used to think they cared about there patients and after the past 3 days I can truly see they do not care its all about getting you in and out.

Today was my first day meeting Dr. Kalinski and staff. I must say one of the greatest groups of people I've ever met. They make you feel so comfortable and you can truly tell they love helping people. Totally no… judgement and look forward to having a long lasting relationship with this group of individuals. I highly recommend to anyone that is in in same situation to please try this facility.

Fantastic treatment team. Everyone from reception, to the doctor, and even the person who does your vitals. I drive almost an hour to come here because it’s difficult to find people who really care about helping in a… specialty like this one. I’ve had doctors that have lied and yelled at me, but not here. The treatment team is very friendly, professional, and they really care about their patients. It’s not a very big office so you get to know the team and I actually look forward to driving almost an hour just to come see them. There are places that are ~5-15 minutes from my home but I’d rather take an hour to come to Ascend Health because of the incredible care that I receive here. I would absolutely reccomend to any struggling friends or family members that they go here to seek treatment. :) 11/10 y’all keep being awesome!! PS If you want help without feeling stigmatized and dehumanized this is where you need to go. I promise you it’ll be okay. They really care about their patients.

I use to come here a few years ago but I didn’t have insurance so I had to stop coming but they was so nice and understandable I have insurance now and I have appointment today but I don’t have my copayment do you think… they will turn me away I’m feeling really bad

I went to Ascend Health for pain management after being dismissed from my pain Dr. because of prescribing issues. I called and spoke with apparently the owner. He was very nice, caring and had a "What can we do to help… you" attitude. He made me an appointment right away. I saw the Dr. and like with the owner I felt I was working with my best friends in a combined attempt to relieve my Severe Peripheral Neuropathy Pain. Needless to say, they helped me to relieve my pain. In the beginning there was a problem with my insurance and as with everything else they responded to the problem right away. If you are looking for a clinic that will treat you like you truly matter, Ascend Health Pineville is the place to go. One other thing... I have to say that they restored my quality of life. Truth be told, they saved my life. Really!!

Absolutely top notch care. I have never been more considered, more consulted or more cared for by any medical professional. Beth is a very caring and knowledgeable provider who really has your best interest at heart.… Abby goes above and beyond and is super personable. The whole team is great and committed to your care. If you come here and are serious about recovery, this amazing team will give you the tools and support that you need to succeed ❤️

The entire staff at this facility are simply amazing. Beth is an amazing provider and truly cares. Abby is the sweetest and they will go out of their way to make sure my appointments are convenient and my medication is… always available and sent to the pharmacy. I started the sublocade shot recently which is a process with specialized pharmacies and they stay on top of it to make sure my shots are delivered and if there is ever any issues they contact me immediately to make sure that I'm informed and that other accommodations can be made.. Thank you guys for the greatest experience in this field that I have EVER received since being on MAT in the last 15 years..

Do y’all do monthly?

I drive 45 min to come here even though there are much closer options & there are many reasons for that. The staff is incredible, they truly care about your well being. For me I always have issues with my insurance or… pharmacy & they are always patient with me & do everything within their power to make sure I’m taken care of. In an industry where a lot of doctors don’t give a flying f**k about you or your problems this place is a breathe of fresh air. Please keep up the good work. This is the only doctor I’ve ever been too where I don’t dread going. Thank you all.

These guys have definitely done everything they could to help me even coming in on their days off to work around my work schedule so glad I found this place would definitely recommend!
