Monarch – Charlotte Photos and Images

Photographs have not been supplied for this Monarch – Charlotte listing. Images matter when you are choosing between providers, so it is worth asking what the building, bedrooms and communal areas actually look like.

Monarch – Charlotte Detox and Rehab Services

Monarch – Charlotte provides dual diagnosis treatment and outpatient services (OP) according to the federal record. Levels of care are not interchangeable, and an assessment determines where someone begins and how they step down afterwards.

The last two years have been the worst. I will never ask for help again thanks to these people. My PTSD gets worse everyday and the therapy couldn’t be done. The person who was suppose to decided she wanted to ghost me… (Kathy C.). Lisette Williams put me on a medication and since then no way can I make an appointment. That was January, I fought withdrawals, lost my job, and now self medicating with cbd. I got a text last month that I was being “let go” as a patient because “I” haven’t made an appointment or had therapy in soooo long. When I called they said oh what about the app. I’m lucky I have that but no no one has ever. She said they would call me back. No they didn’t. Anybody will tell you, just ask around, if you’re in serious need of mental health care go any where else but here. These people will make you suffer without any help. More so adults. It seems they treat children as fairly as careless adults can. Btw I’m not sorry for the bad review. I gave multiple chances for them to make it right. This is unfair and I have lost so much weight due to the set backs. I have said it before but this time around I let my family and friends know. If something goes wrong with me again. Get a lawyer and go get monarch to cover expenses. Hopefully not because cbd gummies help with ptsd.

I had a virtual appointment scheduled for today at 3:00 PM, but the provider never joined the session. After waiting, I called Monarch and was on hold for about 25 minutes. When I finally spoke with a representative, I… was told they didn’t see my appointment. Later in the conversation, they realized they were actually supposed to have contacted me beforehand because my therapist is no longer with the practice. The representative’s attitude came across as very dismissive, almost as if it was an “oh well” situation. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any empathy for what had happened. I understand that providers leave practices, but patients should be notified before their scheduled appointments so they aren’t left waiting. While Monarch may have good providers, my experience today reflected a lack of professionalism, communication, and empathy. At the very least, I expected basic professionalism and courtesy when handling a situation like this.

I had been looking for a therapist for quite some time and Mrs Simmons was very personable, understanding but most of all “listening to me!!!” Even though there were circumstances where she needed to take a LOA, she… transferred me to her colleague Brittany Fox and she has been amazing. I am most grateful for Mrs. Butler, NP! I finally feel as if I am making progress and Mrs. Butler has been a huge part of my team! Having someone to see your trauma through spoken and unspoken words is priceless. I am glad I chose Monarch. I love my NP, Michele Butler! She is phenomenal and listens to my every concern! Not like other places that dismiss and miss the very important things about what a patient is and isn’t saying.
