Don’t go here , all they do is sit on your ass and bring up your trauma that you don’t wanna talk about I seen three therapist here the first one I loved the second to was terrible and deadass did not care about my… mental health, they tell all of your business to people you don’t even know in the office then confront you if you say something about them and try to play the bad guy when you’re telling the truth , they have therapist on their phone doung god knows what and don’t even care that you’re there , THE THERAPIST ARE NEVER ON TIME AT ALL , and don’t go into Prp bc the prp workers are as terrible as the therapist there , the Prp workers act like they never been trained at all , dont even know how to help you with stuff and will cancel your appointment because their “sick” but be posting on the internet with alcohol in their hand they have prp workers with cameras up witch is weird because I think you can’t record patients at all

Everything was going well with this practice until we lost insurance due to federal administrative changes impacting disabled and underserved populations. I have been a patient here for four years, and once coverage… changed, the tone and treatment shifted significantly. A sliding scale was offered, but with a fixed income, loss of coverage, and competing priorities, we struggled to keep up. There was little compassion shown. Appointments were canceled despite efforts and payments made to avoid disruption. Billing communication, particularly from Nicholas, was aggressive and rude, which added unnecessary stress during an already vulnerable time. I escalated my concerns to the CFO, Stephanie, whose response felt dismissive and generic. There was no response from the CEO, which spoke volumes. The clinicians were not the issue. We valued those relationships and continuity of care. This is mental health care. Patients should not be made to feel disposable once insurance changes. I will also be filing a complaint with Medicare.

I hit the jackpot 🎰 with Aspire. I’ve had a couple therapist and a few med providers, and I now have a dream team. They have all made an incredible impact on my life. If you do the work that is suggested to you, your… life can really turn around for the better. I have been through several group therapies. I have done an anxiety group, trauma group, and several rounds of intensive outpatient therapy. Shout outs to Kate.L, Holly.D, Nadia.S, and Kim! These ladies have helped me through the toughest times in my life, helping me be accountable for my own crap, and have gone above and beyond to know that I was cherished as their patient. Kate and Holly, thank you for being the amazing people you are! Thank you Aspire!

All therapist do amazing work. The admin hold those therapist in high regard. They offer a wide range of services to assist their clients in many ways. I have transferred my entire family here. Recommend it to several… and they too love Aspire. Their hours are amazing too!

I am entirely grateful that I have came across Aspire Wellness, the people I have met make it even more enjoyable. From group therapy, one on one therapy and medication management. I’m kicking myself that I haven’t… never done any form of therapy prior because my mental space right now is 10x better than when I first joined. There are times when I feel myself slipping back into my depression state, but the more I force myself to show up.. the more I get out of therapy and I am truly grateful for Aspire. Sarah R. hears and sees me like no other, and I’m really grateful to just talk to a therapist of her caliber. Holly D. her groups alone have been the reason I laugh and feel more social, something that I truly do struggle with in real life is such an ease when I gather with these amazing ladies weekly in group. Joy, although we meet rather late, she still makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to listen to my concerns and how I’ve been handling my medication. I have truly felt more positive all around. I couldn’t have done it without Aspire Wellness. They deserve way more stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love Aspire the staff is amazing and answer in a timely matter via phone or email. My therapist Ashley is amazing and have been a client with them for about 5 years now. I highly recommend this place.

Well . . . Initially it is not the sort of thing one wants to broadcast to the world . . . But the truth is if you are having a rough go . . . The counselors at Aspire that I have worked with have been compassionate and… helpful to talk to.

I've been with them for at least 15 years and I honestly don't know where I'd be without the staff at Aspire in my personal support system. Their personalized care is invaluable.

Clearly not doing their job when someone acts out is out of control. Wrong type of medication to them.

I have been a patient with Aspire Wellness for about a year now and I am very happy with the service they provide. The therapists are kind, understanding, and experienced, and the administration here are always… respectful and polite. My therapist pays attention to my mental health needs and respects my personal goals with my own treatment. I have never felt pushed to go on/off any medications before. They give really great advice at Aspire and they listen to their patients carefully.

Absolutely love Aspire. My physicist is Amazing. She makes me feel like I’m talking to a friend. I’ve seen doctors since I was 18yrs old. I’m 42 now. And I’ve never been so comfortable with my doctor. So thank you Tina… Vest “ soon to be MD “ 😉

The experience I have had at Aspire Wellness Center has been great. Therapist and psychiatrist are professional and personable.

I've had very good overall experience at Aspire, compared to other medical clinics I've visited over the decades. I'd say Aspire is swinging above its weight, considering that their clientele does not have 'cadillac'… insurance ($$). Medical systems can be messy and stressful, but this crew does fine. They sometimes offer online specialized groups. And not having to trek to White Marsh is a HUGE bonus (one good thing about the pandemic five years ago). [I am not a bot]

The staff and therapist are so kind and patient. They are beyond helpful and attentive to all patients. I appreciate the fact that my feelings are heard and my concerns are always addressed the best way possible. I am… very grateful for my current and future services there.

Me and my daughter have been seeing therapists with Aspire for 2 years now. We have both made so much progress in our therapies and everyone has been great to work with. Aspire is great because they pair you with the… perfect person to deal with your issues. They don’t just listen, but also help you see things from a different perspective. We recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been going to Aspire for about 7 months now, and have had an excellent experience. Both Asta and Regan have helped me to improve my quality of life and reach my goals. The front desk has always got back to me… promptly, and I haven’t had any issues with medication refills or scheduling. The whole practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, which was one of my requirements when looking for care back in December. I’ve had plenty of experience with therapy and medication management from multiple places since I was a kid, and I’ve found Aspire is particularly good at what they do, both in customer care and practice. I would highly recommend them to others.

My child has being a client at Aspire Wellness for a few years now. Her therapist , psychiatrist and her P.R.P. counselor are all really good. They are knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and skilled. They are Tele… Health and it is easy to get appointment that fit our schedule. My child has made progress with Aspire Wellness. I definitely recommend them for sure!

I reached out for help and because I wouldn't leave my therapist for their therapist... I only wanted psychiatry they turned me away which is crazy.. how are you going to call yourself a wellness center but give your… patients ultimatums. The receptionist literally told me if you don't leave your therapist and come to our practice for both therapy and psychiatry there's nothing we can do to help you... with a line like that you should be ashamed of calling yourself a wellness center.. I've been with my therapist for years I'm not leaving her for a new therapist. I need psychiatry not therapy. I was told by the psychiatrist there to call her and the receptionist won't even allow me to be transferred because she's policy happy is wild to me. It really sounds like y'all have your patience and people in general's best intentions in hand .. Good luck to anybody who tries to get help from this place. You'll need it. I'll be looking elsewhere. Shame on y'all.

Should do a better job in customer service for being a mental health clinic it’s a joke. Get a new staff to handle calls. Shouldn’t have to call and follow up after my appointments to send my meds in. Shouldn’t have to… deal with attitudes for doing their job either. Don’t get into the medical fields if you have a bad bedside manner. issue with the medical field now just hiring anyone

I would give this so this horrible place a ZERO rating because beginning to end trash!!!!! Front desk judgemental rude. Doctors are extremely dismissive and take you off medications, no consult nothing!!!!-Finally… canceled because I work full-time lied said I missed 2 apps. LIARS - DO NOT RECOMMEND! Try Dr. Yara Williams used to be in Perry Hall and moved bigger locations-I was previously w her many years ago and was the best in all my 20 plus in mental health.

Aspire Wellness has helped me so much. I have been through so Therapist & by so far Aspire Wellness Has helped me reach goal and keep on track. I highly recommend Aspire Wellness ask for Sarah she was a big part of… getting myself together.
