TWICE THIS ORGANIZATION FAILS MY SON IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!! They are dealing with people attempting to overcome addiction, going through withdrawal while dealing with physical, mental and emotional ailments connected… with it and you think it makes sense to cause even more stress and anxiety for them. How does someone show up at your facility and have to wait on lobby area for 5 hours for intake?!?! This is someone who is dealing with pain, nausea, headaches, depression, not including the other mental health issue. To have someone wait that long and not think they're going to be defeated and frustrated is confusing. If dealing with people experiencing these scenarios frustrates you maybe you need to be in a different parts of the field of medicine. It's taken me 7 years to get him to this point to get help and you've pushed it back maybe even collapsed this opportunity. I'M DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!! UPDATE!!!! To have someone gaslight you into believing that care and would take care of the situation and help you save your child and then they don't... I don't know if it's just as bad or worse. To know he was there in this facility and then discarded the way he was.... It fills me with SO MANY EMOTIONS... Now no matter how hard I try to help him move towards sobriety he's stuck. I had finally sat with him and he was disassociating himself from his circle who uses and NOW he's back in and has even reconnected some he hasn't seen in years. Axiom you failed us.

You place your loved ones in thier care and they automaticly get a god complex . I go to them with an emergency and they wont allow me to speak with my wife for 10min. Instead they would rather let my wife lose her only… means of transportation. Like speaking with my wife is going to somehow , i dont know , stop her from being a pawn under their thumb. They are supposed to be there to help the client not hinder them . This place seriously sucks . I dont recommend anyone going there. Unless you dont mind people destroying your lives.

At Axiom Care Residential, I was met by a team that was fully dedicated to helping me through the next stage of my recovery. Leya was consistent and firm, grounding me when my steps were still shaky and uncertain. Kelly… was a warm and motherly presence that brought a light to the difficult moments. Chris and Darla were always on top of my medications—accurate, timely, and handled with their best efforts. Diane and David helped me to shape an aftercare plan, setting me up to remain successful in treatment. Each of them worked tirelessly, shared their experience, strength and hope to teach us how to move forward with confidence. I am truly grateful for their care and compassion, which has helped me to rebuild my foundation.

3 days in they kicked me out while I was at the hospital passing a kidney stone. There reason for kicking me out, I need a higher level of care. Funny being they kicked me out and refused to even take me back to there… facility from the hospital I was taken too. I had to arrange a Lyft ride through my insurance to get back to axiom so I could get my clothing and back pack. A couple of there employees were way righteous and very nice to me at the end. But over all my experience there sucked bigtime.

This place did nothing but cause me more problems than I already have. They were helpful as I spoke with them on the phone. Actually gave me some hope that I would be getting some help. I told them on the phone that I… am not on opiates because detox usually does not take meth addicts. They assured me that they do that I’d be able to stay and then placed in rehab however when I got there was told that wasn’t accurate but was offered to stay a couple hours. I live in Glendale and they refused to Uber me back even though they had issue sending uber to pick me up. No biases out there so I was stranded at night, no ride, money, nothing. After hours of being stuck out on the streets I started panicking and ended up having to call 911 my panic attack was so bad. They take me to the hospital who gives me a shot of something to calm me Down and that’s the last thing I remember. I blacked out and woke up in jail being told I was arrested for trespassing. Still don’t even know what happened. Thanks Axiom. Way to take my crappy life and throw in a blender.

This place was really nice on the phone trying anything they can to talk you into coming there. One little slip, and they gave me the boot. I lived an hour away. They had no problem sending an Uber to pick me up. But… then dump me on the side of the road had to be off of their property. No ride home an hour away from home stranded.!!! The only thing worse is CBI! No, I read that before I post it and post it

Been here twice now. Beautiful staff, clean facility. Always so caring of their patients. They take care of you. Unfortunately I have to go back a third time to get the help I need. Everyone there understands the… torment you are going through and does their best to accommodate that and support you. I give it 10*** out of 5. Thank you Axiom for being there for me when I needed it the most.

This is the Scottsdale of CBI. Of course, I was dreading going here to begin with. So whoever worked the evening shift related to my feelings about going and staying on the phone with me for a while made me feel better… about going. Whoever worked overnight shift was nice, at first. Once I arrived, her, the night nurse, and another bht (I think) were rude for no reason, started rushing me to do this or pulling me to do that. When I told them I just needed a minute, they huffed, and they puffed, then stormed off, stomping with every step. The possible bht came out and told me to get off the property since I wasn't a client there.

You can expect the greatest help and detoxification facility you will ever find in Arizona! At Axiom Care Apache Junction! Now I know everyone might be skeptical about it because it’s in “AJ”. Well DON’T be afraid!… There’s nothing AJ about this place! I thought I was in a Scottsdale Detox center. I had the best help. The greatest care. They were all super nice and helpful! These guys genuinely care and it shows! The ratings don’t lie people! Seriously! If you need help go get help now and start with Axiom Care like I did! It changed my life and now I’ve been sober 2 months now and going strong! 💪 You guys are the best of the best in Arizona! I’ve tried them all and this is the place that got me straight and got me help after detox and sober! Amen to that! Thank you guys! 🙏❤️🫶🏻😁😎

Great facility and staff!!! Although I took the unorthodox approach which is set up for failure 99.9% of the time, I chose to AMA at my own risk. Staff was super encouraging not to do so I just had plans set in motion… that I felt at the time could not be passed on involving work. Needless to say I made a choice and got lucky it worked with alot of prayer and self discipline. From every level of employee they offered excellent care, honesty, experience and overall care. It’s a bummer when you leave that way and feel you let some down so I suppose this is my way of apologizing and a chance to give praise where due. Thanks so much Axiom, you guys totally proved that there are still facilities that push compassion! I am extremely grateful❤️🙏🤙😎💪💯
