How Much Does Treatment at Horizon Health and Wellness Cost?

The cost of rehab in Arizona without insurance is typically $3,000 to $10,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,500 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Prices at Horizon Health and Wellness itself were not found at the time of writing, so use the Arizona figures as a rough guide.

Horizon Health and Wellness is likely to include the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling in its price, because most programs do. Prescriptions, lab tests and specialized therapies often sit outside the base cost. Get in touch with Horizon Health and Wellness for pricing tailored to your needs.

I am giving 5 stars specifically to my experience with Heidi Milburn, BA, BHT. She was exceptional as far as all our interactions. I appreciate her being so helpful, considering my unique circumstances. If everyone… working in mental health could be so compassionate the world would be a better place. Thank you, Tina Reed

My provider is absolutely amazing and worth 5 stars on her own! She actually listens to you, remembers your name and situation from visit to visit, and takes your health concerns seriously. (I am not giving her name… because I don't want her overwhelmed with appointments and I won't be able to see her when I need to.) The only reason this is a 4-star review is the office staff. They aren't nearly as welcoming or professional, and the constant gossiping makes for poor customer service.

Best care around in my opinion

I been going here for years and seen multiple ' professionals' from this place. Don't bother going unless you know exactly what is wrong with you, thoroughly researched it and know exactly what is needed to treat it.… They hate doing the ' doctoring ' part of being a doctor. Expect blatant treatment refusal, malpractice and negligence at every twist and turn. Realizing they refuse to give out extensions to reach medical staff. Referrals to the first doctor they see, not the one who is the best for you. Weeks of. Waiting for a referral, which YOU must pick up. Playing phone number gussing games to reach the right office. The second your appointment time is up, a cold , heartless push out the Door and a bill, even if you are in the middle of still reviewing treatment options. Expect to hand deliver all paperwork from any other doctor and hospital, which will be ingored. The fax machine is usually ignored. Doctors need reminders about your what to do. Waiting Weeks to see a doctor. There is A few Stab happy employees. Waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes after your appointment starts to see the doctor. And if you leave, its your fault. Also emotional rollercoasters from staff and guessing THIER problems. Thier motto is actually a message to YOU. I leave 1 star for because there are nice front desk ladies and one real good psychiatrist. The rest has acted like children who all got their degrees online and will actually use google on how to treat you. Not anything in a book or by experience. Good luck.

Its not just at work , but how these therpists conduct themselves outside of the office, which proves that they really care for the wellbeing of others whom they don't even know

This place does what's easy for them, not what is best for patients or their children. Ended up speaking with the Director Jamie, who was condescending and not able to provide a solid answer for anything. Do not come… here for mental health treatment, especially if you have children. You shouldn't have to do things that are not in your or your child's best interest to get "help."

I am so pleased with my mental health care at Horizon Health and Wellness. Saleh Bahati listens to my concerns, understands my unique chemical makeup, and explains everything he is doing to help me live a productive… healthy life mentally and physically. He is the first medical professional I have seen in my 66 years of life who explained how my thyroid suppression therapy has effected my mental stability. I appreciate the candid conversations we have had. Thank you so much for providing excellent care for your patients. Such a knowledgeable and professional mental health provider is an extreme asset to Horizon.

She was 30Minutes late for the appointment and by the time we called to find out where the Dr was all the Dr made was more excuses for not being able to help me. If I don't get this urologist referral, I'll definitely… be talking to her manager again.....

This is just an absolutely amazing place, always helping and always willing to do anything for people who come in. I have found that the staff here are just so extraordinary and so kind and willing to help. They have… enough resources for the world. I pick up medications here and they're always super nice and the medications usually come up pretty quick within 15 minutes of requesting

A handful of years ago I visited, and my psychiatrist seemed very unknowledgeable and like he just relied on his computer to input my symptoms and choose a medication to put me on. He put me on a good handful, and… despite my bad side affects, prescribed me to up the dosages on all of them to see if my mental state would improve. He also advised me to stop taking Cymbalta without weening off it, which I’ve learned is highly unrecommended and can be dangerous. Now years later I’ve called maybe 5 times this month and left messages each time, trying to get a hold of the records department to get a record of what medications I was on, with no response. Seems impossible to get a hold of or any response from them. Edit: Do not see a way to respond to your reply directly…but it has been 2 weeks and I still haven’t been contacted or been able to contact your office.

I am updating this post to reflect my revised opinion. Although I initially thought this was a great place, the front desk staff's behavior was disappointing. The establishment's high employee turnover rate is also… concerning. My initial positive assessment has changed, as I have come to realize that mental health concerns are not taken seriously here. I wish I can give this place to zero. It's very hard for me to write this because I did give you guys a five-star review before.
