It was a very good session. The questions asked were good. They took in what was discussed previously as well as what was currently happening. She also discussed what I should and what we will be doing in the future. It… was a thorough session. .

Kristen Wallace is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, collaborative, and friendly. It is apparent that she really cares and takes pride in helping people.

I do not feel like I am being taken serious by my provider and I do not feel she believes me when I tell her about the things happening in my life. I do not feel welcome there and I was rushed out the door shortly after… I arrived. She is not very sensitive at all to what I have gone through. I will not be continuing on there.

I am very pleased with my experience with bloom centers. They are very efficient and polite when making my Telehealth appointment’s. Great email and text reminders! My appointments with my psychiatrist Kristen Wallace… NP, have been nothing but the best. She is very caring and listens and gets to know YOU as a person to help in exactly what you need. I highly recommend Bloom Centers and Kristen Wallace, NP :)

Very much enjoy my meetings with Dr. Rutkofsky. He is always informative, and concerned with my all around well-being.

Easy to set up appt, kind, helpful

I highly recommend Bloom! The NP was empathetic and professional. Kristen answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly in a way where I felt both heard and seen.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Steffie Tokpah, and she was wonderful! I was skeptical at first about finding a new provider for my behavioral health needs since my recent change of insurance (and having had… the same psychiatrist for the last 6yrs), but Steffie made me feel very comfortable and I'm glad I have chosen her to be my new provider! She is a great listener, and I appreciate the way she also gives her own recommendation(s) in terms of treatment in more of a suggestive way, versus being abrasive as some doctors & PA's can be.. Looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I absolutely love the care I'm provided with Steffie Tokpah. I feel heard. There's no awkwardness that I've had in the past with others. I feel comfortable to be myself and explain the things I need. My only complaint… about bloom is sometimes life happens(like getting laid off) and I couldn't afford the appointment. I had to pay 100 bucks for missing an appointment I couldn't pay for to begin with.

I needed medical management. I did an Google search, learned my insurance was accepted and was seen in two days. Also, my visit was virtual so it was convenient.

It was awesome. I did a google search because I needed meditation management, then I was seen two days later.

My doctor is great and easy to talk to.
