Waiting for 45 minutes to answer my call and that’s after lunchtime today, September 17 And there is no answer It’s really bad service in this clinic my device to change all the call Center there No thanks

Horrible I have been coming here for a few years I liked it here had a doctor appointment yesterday & noori noori was the doctor I was supposed to see when I seen him he acted like he knew everything about me but this… was our first time meeting he was extremely rude kept talking over me & after I apologized he would not see me & didn't even accept my apology I'm still a patient here but will never see or talk to that disrespectful individual I'm so upset at how I was treated I might have to change primarys witch suck but it might be time for a change

The lack of communication at this clinic is honestly ridiculous. If you get a referral, just know that apparently it’s YOUR job to call and follow up because no one ever explained that to me. Behavioral health has been… even worse, appointments rescheduled months out on multiple occasions, important instructions not communicated, and then somehow it gets turned around like you’re the one refusing care. I finally filed a grievance about all of this and their response literally contained more incorrect information. They said I refused behavioral health services when that is not what happened, and even claimed I never scheduled my ultrasound when I’ve had that appointment scheduled for over a month. Filing a grievance about poor communication just to get a response filled with more miscommunication pretty much sums up my experience here.

This has been my primary doctor for 10 years plus I love this place and the people that work here are the best I would recommend this office for all your doctor's needs they have everything in one place which is… convenient

Tamara Tucker Ham is an amazing doctor. She spends time and doesn't overlook things. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice

Excellent service, they were friendly and explained everything very well.

Each appointment involves a wait of over 20 minutes to be seen. The nurses are very kind. But after they check you, you wait 40 minutes or more in the waiting room for the doctor to arrive. It's unfair that as a… patient, you have to arrive on time, or even 15 minutes early, but then you're seen an hour or more after your appointment time. Why schedule so many appointments if they can't attend to everyone in a timely manner?!

I live in Escondido, They made me an appointment for El Cajon. Then canceled it.

I haven’t been to the doctor in over two years. I medically neglect myself until the feel seriously ill. I suffered from crippling arthritis pain and had to be put on prednisone to deal with the symptoms. I needed… medical care so I went to my pcp and had to establish my care. The doctor looked at my old chart from when I had a miscarriage during the pandemic and instead of giving me adequate care he judged me based on the fact that I was suffering from anxiety during the pandemic, when I was having a miscarriage and my weight. He asked me about marijuana usage that wasn’t even brought up in my intake and told me that it would make me fat and mentally ill. I’m in there for crippling joint pain and he suggested that I need diet and exercise. Didn’t even ask me if I exercised, if he had i would have told him I had to put my yoga membership on hold because the joint pain I attended my classes 3x a week religiously as well as my gym. This man is the exact reason many women don’t get proper care. This man would rather call me fat and crazy than actually listen to anything I have to say. Women’s health matters. Ego has no business in health care.

They said they don't take my insurance even though the person who scheduled my appointment last month they did
