My son had an amazing first appointment!! We were able to get an appointment the very next day for a few things he absolutely needed done before school starts next week! Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly… and caring!! Dr. Stevens was very friendly and thorough!! And Nicole and Roseanne were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond during our whole visit!

I can't say enough good things about Chapa-De, they have all the conveniences of a big medical complex like Kaiser, but with the small town, everybody knows your name feeling. I can see my primary care doctor, get labs… done, pick up my Rx, get my teeth cleaned, and get an eye exam, all in the same parking lot. My referrals are always submitted promptly, and the specialists I've been referred to are all A+. I could go on and on, everybody here from the security guards to the doctors are fantastic.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chapa-De Indian Health. Before choosing this clinic as my primary care provider, I personally visited the office and asked whether they were accepting new patients. I was told… “yes.” While I was still in the clinic, I called my insurance company and selected Chapa-De Indian Health as my provider based on that information. However, when I later called to schedule my first appointment, I was told that they were not making appointments for new patients. I thought this was temporary, so I waited. Every time I called over the next year, I received the same answer: no appointments for new patients. As a result, despite having this clinic listed as my provider through my insurance, I was unable to receive any care there for an entire year. During that time, I struggled with ongoing back pain and had to rely on urgent care and emergency visits instead of having access to a primary care provider. Recently, I went back to the clinic in person hoping to finally get some answers. Unfortunately, the front desk staff gave me the same response and showed no interest in helping me understand the situation. The receptionist was dismissive, impatient, and unfriendly. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable - I simply wanted to know why I had been assigned to this clinic for a year yet could not receive medical care there. What frustrates me most is that I was originally told they were accepting new patients, which influenced my decision to choose them as my provider. In reality, I was never able to get a single appointment. I have since changed providers and am relieved to move on. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Chapa De! Dental, medical, psychiatric, pharmacy, and lab have all been amazing.

They change appointment times with no confirmation. I drove over a hour to go to the doctors just to be told my appointment was moved from 8:30am -2:30pm. I took Time off work for no reason. Your poor customer service… made me miss my appointment I've been waiting almost a month for. I would like to leave a formal complaint about whoever moved the appointment.

I've been going to Chapa De for years and I always have a great experience! Dr. Jornlin in the medical department is amazing very attentive, sweet and patient! Dr. Shanklin in the dentist department is so kind, patient… and sweet! Also the staff in the pharmacy those are my girls!!! So sweet and remember me and make me feel so comfortable and welcome!!! Thanks ladies!!!

It’s a very bad customer service we had a appointment and we drove 45 Damn minutes just for a dumb policy we were only 2 minutes late and they said I had to change my appointment AGAIN I wish I could give zero stars… this is a stupid policy

I would not recommend this place to anyone I have been coming here for years and have always been treated like crap especially when it comes to my kids the pharmacy will hang up on you none of them need to be filling… meds

I was a patient I was a patient at Chapa- de Medical for approximately 20 years and as a whole really liked my care. Their Dental leaves something to be desired as they put time constraints on their dentist for… appointment which are not realistic and you cannot always get the treatment you need when you need it. Main problem I had with medical was their doctors were always leaving and I was always having to choose a new doctor. But as a whole I really liked them
