From the moment of contact, I felt genuinely cared for, respected, and supported. Finding a… mental health provider where you truly feel heard, understood, and safe can make such a difference, and that is exactly what I have experienced here. What stands out most to me is the level of compassion and professionalism shown by the staff. Their approach to care feels thoughtful and patient-centered. They have the proper processes and professional protocols in place, while still treating you like an individual--not just another patient or appointment on the schedule. I have never felt that my mental health or well-being was being compromised. Instead, I have felt encouraged, supported, and included in my care. There is a genuine effort to understand what you need and make sure you are receiving care that is appropriate for you. I especially want to recognize **Janaya Narvaez**. She is absolutely wonderful at her job! Her professionalism, compassion, and the way she makes you feel heard and cared for truly stand out. People working in mental health can have such an important impact on someone's life, and Janaya represents the kind of care every patient deserves. This review is directed toward the billing and customer service team rather than the provider. All of my previous claims were processed as in-network with my insurance. However, without any prior notification or… explanation, one of my claims was suddenly processed as out-of-network, and I was charged $175 to my card. I was then asked to provide documentation of the out-of-network EOB as well as proof of the charge. I found this extremely frustrating, as the facility is the party that submitted the claim and processed the charge in the first place. It should not be the patient’s responsibility to provide documentation that the billing department should already have access to. There also appears to be no way to speak directly with someone in the billing department. Each time I call, I seem to have to start the entire conversation over again, even when speaking with someone I had just previously contacted. There is a significant lack of communication and continuity, which has made resolving this issue unnecessarily difficult. If I were going to be charged an out-of-network rate, I should have been notified by the facility before receiving services, particularly since I was under the impression that the providers associated with this company were in-network with my insurance. Fortunately, I work in healthcare and have enough knowledge to understand the insurance and billing process. Even with that knowledge, I have received very little assistance in resolving this matter. I can only imagine how difficult this experience would be for someone who is unfamiliar with the process. Overall, the billing and customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I will be disputing the $175 charge with my financial institution and will not be using this facility’s services again.

Had an issue with my insurance and I barely gotten help to fix it from them. Had to jump through hoops for almost 2 months before I basically had to deal with the company switched to deal with payments, because they… switched my insurance and didn't inform me until after I had a past due balance.

Clearview has been a great resource for me. They are very responsive, highly professional, and set me up with great therapist.

I had a great experience with Clearview Mental Health. Their scheduling process is super convenient, which is not normally the case for medical offices. They were also super kind and responsive throughout. (And… generally really helpful with just about anything I asked or needed, they basically did anything and everything for me, which was a refreshing upgrade. For example, normally I also have to call to deal with the admin of insurance companies when there are uncertainties--not here! They did my part of the job as well as theirs.). I appreciate their virtual appointment system. Makes it so much easier to stay consistent with care. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a thoughtful, warm, professional therapy practice.
