Columbia Wellness – Kelso

My first experience in which the prescriber expresses their opinions about "wasting tax payer money," and goes out of their way to disprove a diagnosis and mention that some patients "argue" about him doing so. It's no… wonder that of 2 prescribers, only one is booked up for months. No professionalism, no bedside manner. Should not be in the mental health field.

Don’t waste your time, because they will definitely waste your yours. Front office problems, and providers don’t like to show up for work apparently.Three appointments in a row - no call, we showed up and no provider.

Haven’t even been to the office yet and already discourage going here. Have been trying to schedule an intake for over a week now and left multiple messages with no answer.

A few years ago, I had a mostly positive experience here. My kids enjoyed going and getting support, but it didn't feel like we were making any actual progress on what we were there to work on. Years later, trying… again, and its been difficult to get in. Appointment mismatches, plus when I tried to confirm an intake apt, I got the third degree from an operator about how they can't share information with me about my 13 year old because of their age, even though I was just calling to confirm the apt. Then they said they confirmed it, but the next day, it was cancelled for not being confirmed. If I can get it resolved, I might update the rating but I am starting to feel like we should go somewhere else.

BEWARE DONT GO THERE No stars at all this place is a jokeMy son obviously has severe anxiety that the doctors have figured it out and that is the reason he throws up every morning before school, but this counselor from… this building is telling my son he don’t need counseling and he’s fine. This place is a joke.

Columbia Wellness does not prescribe to medical cannabis consumers. I will have to either give up my physical health or my mental health thanks to Columbia Wellness and their archaic rules and regulations

This is definitely not a place to take children, their establishment is attached to an Opioid treatment center. I personally witnessed people actively using drugs in the parking lot and disposing of said used drugs out… the window. It is not in a safe part of town, I absolutely do not recommend taking your children here and I don't know that I personally would feel safe coming here for adult services either. I canceled services before we even began due to location and what I observed. Doesn't seem like a good place for mental health services.

My counselor is the best, I’ve gone through a couple counselors in the past and she is by far the most kind and caring one I have ever had.

The counselors here don't seem to care much about their patients. They canceled twice in a row on my daughter and when she left to go somewhere else not even an apology or anything. People depend on these services,… would you cancel someone's chemo treatments and be like oh sorry about your luck.
