This is the best place in Cowlitz County to get treatment. They accept non tribal members as well.
Super disappointed in this facility. I tried to attend the tribe for treatment 6 months ago. They denied me because I wasnt Native American. I have multiple other friends who have gone here who are not Native and they… had zero issues. Why are we denying people due to ethnicity? Its 2021 we should try to be getting away from separating the collective due to racial differences.
Would not recommend, can't even get a supervisor to call me back
I went in for an intake appointment about 3 weeks ago. I had all of my paperwork that they requested and they made their copies. I spent over an hour signing paperwork including a release of information that was to be… sent to a facility in Oregon. They didn't send the paperwork to the facility. Then when I came in for my assesment appointment, after I paid $150 of my own money, and more than an hour more of my time, they told me that the paperwork was not in order and that we wouldn't be able to do the assessment. They gave me no indication prior to this that the paperwork was no longer valid. They indicated to me that they are not trying to help people, they are trying to get that money and will use whatever legal methods at their disposal to get it, regardless of the ethics. The intake appointment was essentially pointless, and they did nothing but waste my time. Pro tip, if you have to provide your drivers abstract during the intake appointment, get in within a week to do your assesment or they will pretty much tell you that you're screwed. On top of that the assesor looked like a total scumbag.
