Need to consider hiring some more therapy staff. On the pro side, we have had friendly interactions with the people that are there. On the con side, it's inconsistent due to possible shortage which is terrible for… someone who is on the mental health side and needing consistent help. Particularly minors. When the providers have to call out and you get the text that you need to call in and reschedule. It's really just a joke because there's nothing available until after your next visit anyway. So when this happens multiple times in a row, you are out of your therapy visit for a very long time.
Friendly staff, no problems with scheduling (I usually do it in person), Becky is a wonderful therapist!
I am writing this as a current patient who has been actively working on my mental health and doing my part to stay engaged in treatment. I have made efforts to communicate, attend appointments, and reach out when I need… support. Recently, I experienced a lack of response during a particularly vulnerable time. As someone managing anxiety and past mental health struggles, timely communication is not just helpful — it is essential. When calls or messages go unanswered, it can leave a patient feeling isolated, discouraged, and unsupported at a moment when stability matters most. I understand that providers and clinics manage heavy caseloads. However, responsiveness and clear follow-up are critical components of mental health care. I AM A PATIENT TOO..! Patients often reach out during periods of heightened distress. Silence or delayed communication, even if unintentional, can unintentionally reinforce feelings of rejection or abandonment. This review is not written to attack or assign blame, but to express the importance of communication in behavioral health services. Trust and accessibility are foundational to effective care. I sincerely hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication processes so that patients seeking help feel supported rather than alone.
UPDATE SINCE BELOW REVIEW: I went into office again today and Kim took great care of us. Found out case worker had been on vacation. New Peer worker called immediately and made arrangements. Thank you. It is encouraging… now. I give Derrick the assessor 5.0, but after the assessment we were told my son would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hours no contact, next day no contact. I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing.
I would not recommend this business bad business practice.
Ridiculous Referred to by my pcp, but since they only take walk ins, I was just told it would be a 2 hour ordeal; my anxiety will not do that wait so boom...nobody. Why can't an appointment be made?
Receptionist situation is a joke if you're already feeling bad I would not recommend.
Compass has went way down hill. Avoid this place try somewhere else.
Everyone is so caring and will help you been going there since 2021. 😊
Absolute worst health care facility I have ever been to. Refuse to make an appointment for first time patients. First trip was over 2 hour wait, had to return another day. After that scheduling messed up 3 separate… times. 3 appointments, no care. Rude staff, only offer to reschedule, not fix the problem. No mental health facility should cause more stress to its patients that are simply trying to get help. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
Awesome staff. Very down to earth. Non judgemental. Best behavioral health place I've seen.
I can only speak for myself, and for the Lebanon Crew, They treated me with care compassion and are very supportive!
Depression?it so different in people they can tailler make your anxiety also!
I love this place. They are helpful and understanding. I always recommend people I know to them. I give these Dr'd and staff a two thumbs up and 5 stars.
Amazing people
I love it there everyone is so caring and wonderful. I want to thank all of the staff there. I'm so thankful for all of you.
Nice people
Pathways has made, and then forgotten multiple appointments. They've simply not sent out prescriptions. I can not think of a single good thing they've done in 3 months of giving them a chance. Just another note. I've… noticed negative reviews disappearing. Just know before paying to change the rating, they were around 1.5 stars. Update: It is far far worse than any realize. Honestly, do not go here. They are preying upon the weakest. This place is a trap. It is actually their intent to make people worse. They make more money then.
Very helpful. The staff are kind and supporting Pretty positive experience overall.
I have been going here for many months and love the service and the drs!
Pathways Psychiatrist suck here. Cancel appointments a lot and when you request another shrink they only allow you to change so many times. I'd recommend to go somewhere else for sure. Jordan Valley on the other hand is… excellent. Their dentist are great.
Awesome people always nice
