I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. The ladies upfront are friendly, helpful, and supportive. Isabel is absolutely AMAZING!! She has helped me with so many different things. I’m sure I… probably drive her crazy when I’m there. Dr Gulley takes her time and listens to your questions and concerns during your visit. She truly cares. I wish I would have found her years ago. Madonna is by far a five star nurse! She is helpful, prompt, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend Compass Health Sullivan to anyone.
I am currently a patient at compass health and I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking help. They dont care; it just doesn't feel genuine. Workers say one thing and do another thing. They talk behind your back… although they say they "cant" or dont. I still feel helpless and just dont know where to turn. I wish someone would actually help me.
besides their crises center in Rolla and their dental compass is the worst place I have ever been too. I would have to write a book to tell you exactly how they waste your time, don't listen to you, treat you like you… should have a barcode on your head. doesn't matter what kind of issues you have you will be put through a one size fits all philosophy with compass. here's one, I tried residential treatment with compass where I was treated like an inmate and their staff told me I could only have 2 units of insulin as apposed to the 30 units written on my prescription. I would of died. 0 stars is much more appropriate, with the exception of the crises center
If possible avoid the Sullivan location. In the past the psychiatrist downplayed my concerns and now that I'm trying to restart services the nurse was rude and the front desk seem to not realize they work in a public… space. Have not had a single good experience specifically with the Sullivan location. They don't just not help they discourage you from ever wanting to seek help again. The dentist ghosted me years ago the therapist was an absolute joke the psychiatrist down played my symptoms and the nurse complained about the ice machine not working rather than actually going through the prep questions. If possible try to make it to Union. The front desk there have been nothing but kind to me no dirty looks like at the sullivan office. The therapist in union was lovely and I regret ever giving Sullivan another chance just because they were closer. Closer does not mean more convenient when the staff rolls their eyes and treats you like an annoyance when you pay and are looking for HELP.
Every one is so helpful and kind. Always greeted with smiles. They have went above and beyond to help me and accommodate my mobility issues
Very thorough and they truly care about my health needs. Never have I had a bad experience with Compass. I'm grateful for them and my caseworker Stephanie
Fast, friendly, professional. The Dentist and hygienist where attentive and knowledgeable. Great with my son.Thank you.
Al the staff are super friendly and the providers really listen and provide excellent care!
I am not from this area so I know how good mental health care and the people employed to provide good care can be. In my opinion Dr. Gowda is the most unfit, uncaring, disconnected excuse for a mental heath provider… I've met in my 49 years of life. And at the end of my incompetence ridden hour with him, he wanted to continue with the treatment I was receiving at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral without one seemingly original thought or hypothesis. One star is far too generous but necessary to leave my opinion
Always had a very good experience at the Sullivan location.
The staff very friendly Dr. Gulley was able to diagnouse my problem and prescribe the right medicine. A great place to get health care.
I watched the lady dentist belittle some poor mom I didn't even know I walked in to set up an appointment and heard the way she spoke to this poor young lady an I listened for a few minutes and turned and walked away… anyone who would talk to someone that way has no business dealing with the public and will never see me or anyone in my family
Amazing staff and dr. Gulley is amazing as always to me and my hubby. Dr. Gawda is respectful to my needs. Other reviewers have to realize not to break policies or rules and everything can go amazingly smooth
Great staff and doctors
Staff was amazing. Helped us get our grandchild the medical care she needed. The nurse practitioner she seen was very good with her, as she was a little apprehensive and nervous about being there. The nurse… practitioner, talked her through the process and was very caring. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing place! So helpful friendly compassionate I couldn't use enough positive words!! They helped me with everything I needed. Some of the friendless people I've ever met in that environment!!
We were able to get an appointment for a new patient/sick visit within a couple hours of calling on a Friday, even though we hadn't been here before. We were sent a link to establish care online before our appointment,… so when we got to the office, it was less than 5 minutes before we got back to a room. The provider was kind and professional and thorough and took her time with us. Highly recommend!!
Great staff and great help towards my getting healthy journey. I really appreciate all the help from my nurse Kristen Cook. Go give them a visit if your looking for a new health care provider.
I made an appointment for my mental health, in desperate need of help. I ask multiple times if I can bring my ESA's (emotional support animals). I get told yes. Over and over again. Assured I can bring them because I'm… going to therapy for my mentality, obviously they are my support and make me feel safe. I can function without them but again was promised I could bring them. I show up with my ESA's, and 5 minutes before my appointment they inform me that I can't have them there. I live 20 minutes away and no one to come get them. I can't leave them in my car, that's animal abuse and I'd rather die then risk their lives. I asked if I could just go thru with this session and I won't bring them next time. I get told no but they can reschedule me. I scheduled for this morning because I am busy all day. I was told I could bring them, they cancelled my appointment because I did what I was told I could do. I don't work with liers. I've had enough of that in my life time from my family, I don't need it from strangers.
