I’ve had great experiences with the therapist here, but the billing system seriously needs to be updated. It makes no sense that I’m currently being billed for sessions that I’ve had over a year ago. I’ve cleared all… balances. My last session was earlier in Feb of this year, and I don’t even use this practice anymore. Why am I being billed from Jan & Feb 2023??????? Please pick another billing system, because you’re going to lose clients.

in my experience, Dr. Albritton is a calming balm that sweetens like a salve over life’s miseries. she is an explorer with a yellow hard hat. she is a glimmer of light in the darkness. she is a beacon of empathy, a… beacon of energy—that is to say, she is a problem solver. a genuine friend. and a very, very keen listener with tons of insight. she is available quite often, she is also efficient and never biased or afraid to offer a different perspective, no matter the case. Dr. Albritton is also flexible. transparent. empathetic. and easily adaptable to my needs. she ponders my concerns and worries and even my grief long after our sessions have ended and she never lacks for helpful tools and compassion. countless times i have felt alone and depressingly unique in my struggles with mental health, but to my surprise, Dr. Albritton did not feel overly sorry for me when i first told her. rather, she was kind and so very excited for my healing journey. i remember the shock when i noticed that she was absolutely bursting with eagerness to dive right in and help me sort myself out. most therapists immediately consider the option of medicine or they rebuttle my issues with that forever-clinical: “i see, and how does that make YOU feel?” a thousand-thousand times. Dr. Albritton is a freaking wild card, spinning and spinning with tools and ideas. exercise. mediation. church. it doesn’t matter. if you are willing to put in the effort, she will work with you to find what helps. not to mention, she is very knowledgeable, and if you’re a fact-nerd like me, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with how much she knows. a rare thing to say in this day in age, yet i believe she truly has found her calling. i always appreciate her versatile approach to helping me find clarity, peace, the self-love i am rightfully owed. - GC

I met NaTanya during one of the lowest points in my life. Throughout my lifetime, I have worked with a few therapists. Most of the time, there was a disconnect with the therapist and the work wasn't finished. But with… NaTanya, she has truly been my accountability partner in my life change. She's stayed by my side from the bad, which is when I reached out and now she is here through the good, to ensure I keep moving forward. NaTanya is helping me and holding me accountable to do the work and stay consistent. She actively listens, too. I am grateful for NaTanya, she is a blessing!

I went to NaTanya for group counseling with my ex husband and she was the worst therapist I've ever had. She didn't listen to anything I had to say, didn't hold him accountable for anything he did/said, and actually… encouraged/validated his narcistic and gaslighting behavior. Instead of being a moderator between my ex and I, the 3 of us would sit there staring at each other for extended periods of time. I feel like my time and money was wasted. I'd strongly recommend picking a different therapist from this company.
