Crossroads Treatment Centers – Seneca Detox and Rehab Services

What Crossroads Treatment Centers – Seneca offers is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset.

The focus here is on one side rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Confirm what a program covers before committing to it. What suits one person will not suit another, so ask directly.

Lay in bed for a week. Feel bad a rough it out I'd you can. I feel that I traded one thing for another. It makes you feel trapped and if you don't have strong will and desire you will never leave. I'm happy I'm sober,… but never would choose this route again.

Really compassionate staff from the front office, to the counselor, to the Dr, and to the nurse. They understand at what you are going and how a person even got to this point as for me it all started with getting hurt… on the job. I'm so grateful for this place helping me get thru this and without judgement.

The best MAT clinic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to 3 in SC and 3 in Texas, so that is high praise. They are the most informative, compassionate, empathetic, respectful staff of any recovery place I’ve ever visited.… Highly recommend for anyone struggling with opioid use disorder, or kratom O7 use.

I have been a patient at Crossroads Seneca for going on 3 years now and I can confidently say that there is a fair chance I would be dead absent the high quality of care provided by the staff at this clinic. Methadone… clinics get a bad reputation due to outdated stigmas surrounding opiate addiction and Medication Assisted Treatment, as well as the fact that many opiate addicts have co-occurring mental health and trauma disorders they are coping with that make treatment complicated. It's not an easy community to treat. It takes special people with a high capacity for compassion and patience. I just want to thank everyone at this center for being those special people that make a difference every day. Thank you Shelley for always being so supportive and caring with me. Thank you Hailie for always being so kind to me checking in. Thank you Jazzie for always making yourself available to me any time I needed help. And thank you to the pharmacist and nursing staff, who manage patients(even the struggling ones) so gracefully everyday.😊

I have been going here since 2012, because I choose too. You don't have to go as long as myself, you go AT YOUR OWN PACE, WHATEVER IS BEST FOR YOU. My counselor Lisa is awesome. Jazzy is the best director that place has… had also. If you are in the place in your life where you need to go to a treement center, this is a good one.

This place is a joke and gives people a legal addiction and allows drug deals 2 happen in the parking lot and right there on the sidewalk more than just me have seen this happen 1st hand more times than once. This is by… far a trusted facility by any means... If a facility is about helping people then why would they allow drug dealing right in front of their face. All this facility is about is.... Giving people a legal drug addiction now my family member has had to go to numerous rehabs to get off of this mess and yet they still try getting him to come back and stay with them as a client because as long as everyone here at this facility can keep him coming here they are making money!!!! These people are sick individuals to say the least

A great place, staff and wonderful doctor and I couldn’t ask for anything more, the doctor, counselor, receptionist, nurse, and anyone else I’ve forgotten (but not really forgotten !) make this place more welcoming than… I can express …. They are more kind and considerate than you could possibly imagine and I would recommend this facility to anybody wanting to make a change and change directions, in your own crossroad. May God truly and richly bless each and every person that works there !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are great and understanding. My first drug screen was so uncorrect. However the lab cleared that up but it was still a bad experience. The bathroom is horrible. I mean horrible.

They are great. I feel like jazzy has finally done what nobody could do before her. She's a great leader and she has a wonderful team working for her. Haley that works up front is the best at her job. I'm so thankful… for her.i been at crossroads for more than 10 years and my favorite counselor is Brandi.she is as real as it gets.she motivates me without the shame and guilt, and that's rare to find and the other Haley that's a counselor is hilarious. No matter how bad my day is going between the Three of them I'll be smiling/ laughing before I leave crossroads. Thank u guys for everything!

It's a place that people who struggle with addiction can come to and get the help they need to succeed until they are about to help themselves. Amazing place and people

I should've posted a review months ago, honestly. I came to crossroads from another MAT center in the upstate around 3 months ago. It was the best decision I could've made. My quality of life since being at crossroads… has improved exponentially. The people on staff here are wonderful. Seriously every one is there to help, and it shows. This place, the director Jazzy(spelling?), my counselor, and the on staff DR and nurses literally saved my life.

This has genuinely helped me and gave me the opportunity to pull away from the HydroCodone addiction that the doctors so carelessly put me on, 9 years , for lower back pain. I only realized that I was addicted when the… pharmacy was dealing with a nationwide shortage, and could not give me anything to help. I went into withdrawals and had no clue why I was getting so sick. Once I began to understand what was happening, I knew it had to stop! Crossroads helped me through all of this and I couldn’t be happier with my life now! Thank you!! Cross Roads, Seneca SC

Just want to say that since Jazzi has took over the lead spot at the seneca office it seems that they care about us for once instead of just money! Like last Thursday Jazzi and her hole team took the time to do a back… to school and have food and games and school supplies to those who couldn or is in a bad spot! I mean they talk to you like they care but they not only talk it they walk it! Hats off to the beginning of a new face to crossroads treatment for caring and not just for money! They dont know at how many lives they have changed just by helping a few people. 10 stars all day great job Jazzi and your hole team.
