I have loved everyone I've seen here
Not that great. They canceled my case after September or sometime around then in 2025 because I had to be acquitted through jail for a little time. Not only was my case canceled. I was treated as a systematic item. It… feels like they blame me for everything even though it's their job. I don't really like any of the therapist I met because they seem "in line" with society. It doesn't help anyone or myself if they're just too "stagnate" in their own ways. I don't care for this place anymore. Security in the front end is a huge pain by the way. The guards are usually nice but you gotta go through the whole thing. Im going to drop out of services as soon as I legally can. It's not worth the headache and arguments and I know my rights better than any of these ladies that sit in discussion would know all day. 👎 Edit; 6/23/26 Whoever is reading this needs to get in charge of corporate. The agency is really disrespectful lately. The front desk has only gotten worse with bias towards me; treating me like I am always a problem. They won't allow me to do "Tele-health" appointments, they made a disrepency with the time between my appointment and their own times. They gave me attitude at front desk for this. I Curse you all! Jessica The "New Medical Purpose Practicioner" was then aware I was there at 1:07 and she took someone ahead of me, these people closed my case before too. They are crooked!

They constantly canceled and rescheduled my appointments. When I finally showed up in person before one of their reschedules, my therapist wasn’t even there. Then they had the nerve to threaten to close my case if I… “didn’t attend,” even though THEY were the ones canceling on me over and over again. My previous therapist was completely useless. She barely spoke and did nothing except repeat back what I said instead of offering any real help, guidance, or support. This is hands down the worst mental health service I have ever dealt with. It was disorganized, dishonest, and showed zero care for patients. The ONLY good thing about this place was the receptionist in the waiting room. They were genuinely kind and sweet people and the only decent ones in that entire building, if I’m being completely honest. If you actually need help, do NOT come here. Do not bring your child here either. If you are looking for real or even halfway decent care, this is absolutely not the place.
I have problems going through a divorce and these caring folks really helped me a lot. I encourage anyone to seek their help. Advice and tough it's hard to find
never miss an appointment or they'll abandon you completely as a patient and refuse to fill your medication.
My daughter has been receiving services in the family counseling dept and from intake to regular sessions I have zero complaints. Reception has helped me book in advance to get the time I need for my daughter not to… miss school, and our therapist is so caring and kind and knowledgeable.
Waste of time. The therapist wants to use a technique that makes you relive a traumatic experience, which is not any good. Why relive the experience when you are trying to move forward? Then there were times I did not… feel like talking and now I am told that they will no longer see me. I am unable to give negative stars and you cannot post a comment if you do not give a star rating. My actual star rating is a -5 stars. Do not waste your time going to this place because they do judge you.
I took my my mother in for grief counseling after my father passed away. After only 2 visits, without taking into consideration cultural differences, life history, or any background information, Joanne Button gave my… mother ridiculous and possibly dangerous advice. Mom said she felt judged. She also said Joanne made her feel like she was wasting her time. I called Joanne to explain why she needed to get to know Mom better before dispensing such advice and she rudely hung up on me. I asked the supervisor Doug Elston to call me and he never did. This is a very dangerous and rude place if you need help. We will never go back! It deserves zero stars, but this format only allows me to post if I give at least one star. I guess I'll give it to the receptionist who at least was kind to us.
They don RG help you with your emotions. They only have so much time and not enough falk time
Erica is excellent
Had little communication with the receptionist. Didn’t tell me who I was seeing or where I was going, wasn’t even in office on the day of my appointment. After going to two places with no one there I gave up. Don’t… waste your time, they’re not even nice over the phone. Felt very rushed and unwanted from the start.
THIS PLACE IS SO PACKED THAT I GOT ANXIETIES JUST LOOKING IN THE WAITING ROOM - SO PACKED NO WHERE TO SIT
Terrible place my son only had a few sessions with therapist we were pushed out the door, because they felt he wasn't engaging quick, called the DOJ.
Depending on who you get for your therapist they can make you feel a little like you're being judged some of them are great and the receptionists are really sweet and kind
They're good, but it depends on who you see.
