Ethan Crossing Recovery Center – Springfield Detox and Rehab Services

Ethan Crossing Recovery Center – Springfield carries a listing for detox, residential treatment and intensive outpatient. Supervised withdrawal comes first, with the greatest danger in the opening seventy-two hours. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Reception at the Springfield location are very unprofessional and no help . Saying multiple times they can’t confirm or deny if my love ones is there every time I call to speak with her I have to go thru the runaround… about how I just spoke to her for two days I know she’s there . Horrible experience with reception team

I wish i would have gotten the ladies name who was working the front desk tonight(3.6.26)around 5/5:30(was from South Carolina). She is such a welcoming and understanding person. I was there to drop some personal items… off to a loved one, and i just want her to know her kindness was incredibly meaningful. She really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The whole interaction made me feel at ease about where my loved one is staying. She will always hold a special place in my heart. The act was small, but meant the world to me.

I had a somewhat good experience. The nurses were good and bad. RNs are the only ones that should be dispensing meds, no one else. If there is a medical emergency, client reserves the right to go to the ER, no… questions. Staff needs to stay out of patient belongings. Yes, that means theft. There should be cameras in the storage room the fire any staff that steal patient belongings. Group leaders and counselors are golden. Food utensils always need to appear sanitary, not with food still on them. Kitchen staff ALWAYS need to wear gloves. No questions. There is no excuse for stealing, non medical dispensing meds or employment stealing belongings. This could be a great rehab, but the above needs addressed....

First off, let me divulge that I was in treatment from beginning of July 2021 to September 2021 for alcohol addiction and I received more than adequate treatment! It is incredibly disheartening to see that the reviews… for this place aren't looking the best! At my time of treatment, I can't say enough good about the substance abuse education as well as the other education they provided that has proven helpful in my journey ! The staff at the time went above and beyond for all of us and not a single soul was left unattended to. God bless all who do their jobs exceptionally and if you're still struggling with recovery just know that you are worth helping and that nothing lasts forever! One foot in front of the other♡

I must commend the exceptional quality of this facility. The mental health services offered, combined with the substance use education, are truly outstanding. The staff demonstrates a high level of attentiveness and… compassion. Additionally, the food provided is quite delicious.

This place saved my life,I've been in and out of treatment for 20+years and in the php 45 day program I learned a lot about my self and my addiction. The staff was great and really cares, the food is great and they have a… gym and a basketball court to work on your physical part of growing and remaining clean, because of this place I'm very excited to live my life now...clean!!..God bless Ethan's family for opening this place so we can all live life clean in God's, Ethans and yourselfs name, thank you Ethans Crossing..Justin R

My name is Bradley Parker and I graduated on the seventh of July. I cannot say enough about this wonderful program, how it not only saved my life, but saved my faith in ways words cannot begin to describe. Now, truth be… told, this is a hard program, only if your honest and willing (which is all that is needed) will you be successful. But I can promise you, and may God be a witness to what I say, if you do these two things, it will change your life

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 Star review from me. I would give a higher rating if at all possible. Outstanding and Stellar Service. The staff are caring and thoughtful at all times, and always willing to provide any service within their… job description, and sometimes above if possible. I cannot say enough about Ethan's Crossing. They helped me save my life and got me back on my journey. Even though it's sometimes easy to get upset about a policy we or I may disagree with, they're in place for a reason. Usually for our own protection, whether we or I see it at the time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ethan's Crossing to anyone needing help with their journey of recovery. They are there for you when you are in need and seeking help. I want to thank all the staff I had the opportunity to interact with. I appreciate all you, and what you done for me. Simply for the asking. In closing, I would suggest highly to anyone in need of help to at least give them the opportunity to assist you in your recovery and journey. They are always there when you need them. 24/7 God Bless Brian B

You're in group from 7am to 8pm. I never had time to just decompress and actually think about things. In class so much, they often repeated the same things over and over I often"tuned out" due to repetitiveness. Also, I… really need one on one therapy I didn't get it. Barley could use the phone and tecs were on power trips. Instead of making recovery happy. But overall they did a good job.

Ethan Crossing saved my life! The staff here did everything they could especially considering how many people they are trying to treat for different things. I felt cared about and they cheered me on and made me see how… amazing sobriety can be!!! Forever thankful 🙏🏼 best first step I could ever take

I delivered a patient to Ethan Crossing Addiction Treatment facility in Springfield, Ohio. The nurse didn't realize that she had a patient on the way from UC hospital in Cincinnati. She waited at least five minutes… while looking at us in the car as we had just arrived. The patient was too weak to walk to get out of the rideshare car. The nurse just looked out the window and wasn't prepared to receive the patient. Who's fault is it? Did she not know that there was a person to be helped when the patient was dropped off at approximately 11:35 p.m..on January 11. WHY WAS SHE NOT READY TO RECEIVE THE PATIENT. DIDN'T SHE KNOW AND WHY DIDN'T SHE RECEIVE INFORMATION TO KNOW THAT A PATIENT WAS ARRIVING AT THAT TIME ! THE PATIENT HAD TO WAVE TO THE NURSE TO GET HER ATTENTION! I HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY MORE AIRHEADS ON STAFF LIKE THIS ! WHY WAS SHE SO STUPID NOT TO GET UP AND HELP THE PERSON GET OUT OF THE CAR! ISN'T THAT A PART OF YOUR JOB! She had no idea what she was doing! She was just sitting on the couch, looking at her phone! She was just soaking up and sinking in the couch doing nothing. In the future if someone needs a treatment facility, they should go to a location besides this one where the nurses are kind, willing to help and have a clue! This woman was not ready and engaged in her job and she was the only one there that we could see. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. IT JUST GOES TO SHOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE IS LAZY AS THIS SUPPOSED NURSE WAS.

I don’t know about anyone else, but my experience at Ethan Crossing was more than satisfying. I received all my needs and more in the staff were very professional and courteous. The food was mediocre but other than that… fantastic place I was send anyone there that’s on the verge of dying from addiction

If you or someone you know needs help.. please for the love of God do not take them here. They’re too busy smoking to take care of anyone in need :( I spent hours trying to find out what was going on with my loved one,… finally they walked home because they were denied using a phone or even having theirs.. find somewhere else, God bless

Don't send your loved one anything through the mail or UPS. I sent my daughter over $125 worth of stuff and the box disappeared. Nobody will help me. I've asked to talk to supervisors, no one will call me back. The… staff took this box. I hope you're proud of yourselves, stealing from addicts. Pathetic, really!

Very unprofessional. Medications given to the wrong patients. Diabetics not given proper nutrition. Clients are spreading STD’s. No harm reduction measures are taken within the facility. too much group time that is so repetitive. We are addicts, not stupid. I finished the program but failed a month later. Give the people what they need, open honest discussion. I've thought about going back, is it better… now, or the same?

Nice place but they really do t care. Right hand doesn’t know what left is going…..No ccodination of services at all. Friendly but very ineffective for addiction issues and don’t care!! Would not recommend……. Not worth… time and effort! Don’t let the cleanliness and newness fool you!😢
