FCC Behavioral Health – West Plains (Division Drive) Reviews
Questions worth keeping in mind while reading FCC Behavioral Health reviews: Was the assessment explained clearly? Were costs set out early? Was there a plan for after treatment?
Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
My son was treated exceptionally well at FCC. The staff are well equipped and totally willing to see a child succeed in their SUD/Mental Health treatment. I'd rather drive the 7 hours round trip to FCC than go anywhere… else as I know my child is safe, loved, and held accountable while learning how to cope with life and heal from SUD.
Just beginning our wider family's journey. All in for establishment of a plan for today and building a post discharge routine that is consistent and works. No rating offered since we have barely begun. Reaching out. No… news for over a week. Care package sent.
Son was referred to this place while placed in state foster care program. This was years ago. There were several children in this facility that were foster care children without placement providers due to their age.… Many of these children never were assisted in getting disablity for their conditions. If an audit or review were done those adolescent upon reaching legal adult age are either deceased, in prison or homeless because of the lack of follow up care. One the adolescent became adults there were kicked out on the streets, or dumped back into the families they were removed from. Basically another money laundry program for the wonderful foster care program in the state of Missouri Division of children services.
The staff really cares, and is mostly made up of those in long term recovery, and the program they have is great. This place was the beginning of my new life.
I used to be a client there and it's one of the best places I've actually ever been and I got out of there like literally a few weeks ago and I know dang well they care about the kids treatment and goals that's why the… counselors try everything they can to make it to where these kids have enough safety in life
Staff is a freaking JOKE.
Mr will is love Mr will is life

i would never recommend this for a kid... I believe the staff are the ones with behavioral issues more so than the kids. It sucks having to give this place even 1 star...
I honestly hate even having to give this God forsaken place a star at all. We only thought we had behavioral problems! We now have health issues on top of dealing with repercussions from the dishonest staff. Most… definitely not a place with a child’s best interest or family unit being the goal.
The office staff has been amazing and friendly so far but the staff you have to deal with on the weekends are amazingly rude and inconsiderate. Like us as parents aren’t going through enough with our children being in… there in the first place we have to deal with rude people when we go to visit on Sunday’s. They don’t care if you’ve driven 3 hours to get their or what the situation is they act like you and your family being there is an inconvenience to them.

Dunno yet
Great staff, they truly care about my sons overall achievements. I know my son was fed good and the program helps because I have been seeing the constant change in him when he is home. THANKS for not giving up on him… and helpimg to push him forward.
