I don't know what takes so long to see a doctor?? Been waiting 1 hour & a half for someone that hasn't even seen the doctor yet..

Great Heights and mainly Dr Fatoki have saved my life! I owe him my life and more. He genuinely cares about you personally, spends as much time with you as needed. He is beyond an amazing doctor and person. Deserves… wayyyy more credit than he deserves!!! All of the front staff are great as well-very kind and accommodating-because life happens. This place is a joke. I have never in my life been to more of an unprofessional government building in my life. It looks like a trap house. And faculty is always late. The nurse never showed up this morning period. You… cannot do that. You should always always have a back up plan in a place like this. And the secretary should definitely not have been left alone in a situation like this. You are just asking for disaster.

I love this place. I go for MAT and the doctor and staff are soo awesome and supportive. My favorite nurses are Gina and Sam. There's a newer one, I can't remember her name, she's awesome too. The receptionist Sarah is… always welcoming and helps with any needs I have! I give it 10 stars if I could!!!

My son came out of rehab and was told to call methadone clinic that was near him. He’s waiting to get into halfway house and is staying in Peru with me. He called this clinic the day he got out of rehab and told the… person that answered the phone that he was on methadone program and asked if they could call rehab center for order to be faxed to them. He’s called several times since and not received callback from them. He was contacted from person in Calumet City to do assessment and he was told she would contact them to make sure he was seen today(now 72 hours after last dose). He was also told yesterday when he called clinic again that he was to call clinic today at 10:30 am for appt to be seen. He has called several times today with no answer. He is currently in withdrawal. If they couldn’t help him, he should have at least been told this so we could have searched out further area to get help

I have tried different weight loss plans and have not been successful,. When I met Dr.Fatoki, ( Family Medicine).and he started working with me. I was given much information and encouragement to help me… succeed..Changing my diet learning what foods that causes me to gain weight it's not a strict diet I am not hungry. In the last three months I've lost 27 pounds

Losing weight has been so much easier for me because of this program. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and the 3D scanner they offer has made tracking my progress so much easier! Down 20 pounds already and… look forward to continuing

Started taking my shots three weeks ago, I have already noticed the difference in my waist line, no working out. Just the shot and it has curbed my appetite. Very good product 👌,

He actually cares but he has a lot of people so waiting a little is not that bad.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Fatoki and Great Heights. Doctor sometimes spends an extra 15 or 20 minutes with each patient, which can lead to long wait times, but in the end each patient is treated humanely and… well.

I never been to a place filled with such useless people they acted like everything was fine till a couples weeks ago they kick me to the curb because i have no money and the wrong insurance now I'm suffering thru… withdrawls from suboxone DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

Very professional and friendly clean if I had any complaint it would be the long Waits sometimes over 2 hours at one time it was in and out I don't know what happened but now it is very slow

I would give them 0 stars if I could this place is a joke!!!! And there’s definitely shady stuff going on the tell me they charge my insurance my insurance says they don’t even take it so I decided to transfer to a… different clinic suppose to transfer tomorrow they had a week to send my paper work still haven’t done it so now idk where I’m suppose to even go in the morning!!! Literally the only decent person there is the lady at the front D the rest are all jokes

Thanks to Dr Fatoki me and my husband got our lives back !!! Hes the best dr around and he cares about his patients !!! Nothing but gratitude for him thank u Dr Fatoki u saved our lives !!!

Got here at 930 it's 12pm now and still not in yet
