This place is a complete JOKE. Call to get an appointment, they take all my info and tell me they will call back to make an appointment in 1 to 2 days. 4 days later, no phone calls, so I called them and they have done… nothing. Will never use this place for anything. Horrible service.

I would really like to speak with the owner. The woman that just answered my call as I inquired on services this place provides was rude and very unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed to have to be answering my questions.… Terrible customer service. Definitely will no longer be seeking services here and I will report this place to my insurance.
If you're looking for a therapy - give them a call. I don't know all the therapists there but my interactions with Angie have been fantastic.
Amanda Redwine is truly a life saver, she has been the most important person in my journey of healing from a lifetime of trauma. 5 stars is not enough for her and her staff.
I have nothing but good things to say about Crossroads. I have always had positive interactions with the therapists and staff there. I also like that a psychiatrist is part of the practice. It just makes for better… continuity of care. - RW
Took my son here for counseling. The counselor told him that he didn’t feel that he (my son) needed to come but continued to tell me the opposite. Must have been for the money??? He “diagnosed” my son and disagreed with… his pediatrician who has seen him his ENTIRE LIFE. Then preceded to diagnose me! The neuropsychologist also agreed with my sons pediatrician. So sad to see licensed counselors NOT helping but I’m fact IMPOSING their “thoughts” on people. Clearly you are not qualified so just do what you’re suppose to and leave the rest to the true professionals.
This is a wonderful place.
We have dealt wwith this counseling service off and on for a number of years. They have never been anything other than friendly, helpful, and professional. On the one or two occasions when there were questions on… billing (which can happen anywhere), they were resolved quickly--and actually in our favor.
Beware!!! Poor billing practices - Not a trustworthy place. If you need help take the time to find a counselor who has their own office. All this place will do is try to rip you off. They have poor reviews on other… sites.
