My baby ma ma is currently there. And they changed her counciler out at the moment I bought her a new phone and only 1 phone is permitted so following the rules I took the old phone back from her. The new counciler… called that number and I told him I would relay the message to her to contact him in which I did by morning the next day they were already in contact. I followed up it confirm. Maybe a week after that she had to appear in court. In which I show support when ever there is court dates for her and I escort her back to the counciler that was waiting in his mini van and like a gentlemen does I open the door for my girl let her get in then I greet the guy and let him know I was the one who he spoke to . Shortly after that she phases up and is now granted visits where we are informed that I am not allowed to visit her because he claims I might harm her. I am the loving father of her children that is the foundation to her recovery when she is out of treatment. Yet they think there helping people by separating clients from there outside supporters . Abraham is ridiculous .

I don't know how to respond directly to someone else's review but need to say this.. there is no way that someone got in trouble for smoking a cigarette here. That is not a privilege that they take away. Also, not… allowing smoking is not against your constitutional rights. That's hilarious. Any facility can be a non-smoking facility if they choose. I love it here you can't expect things to be perfect but you will get out of it which you put in.

Prototypes change my life I’m alumni from prototypes it changed my way of thinking my way living how to live life on life terms. It just changed everything about me. I love prototypes. It was my life-changing… experience. I just wanna give her things to Miss April for giving me the opportunity to be there too as well and now I have a family member that’s gonna be going there and I hope that it works out for them too the most amazing most perfect place to change your life. If you got a prototype, you’re blessed.

Prototypes saved my life. God puts people in this program. I'm so happy I got my family back, my daughters. It's so worth it to be here. Thank you, Leslie, my counselor. Thank you, Eli. I love you. Thank you to my… teachers and my classmates. This program changes lives for the better. Here you'll be treated like a queen, like you always should have been.

Prototypes is the most amazing place I have ever been. I tried tons of rehabs and nothing worked for me. I was taken to prototypes in 2000 pregnant homeless and hooked on heroin. This program saved me and my baby‘s life… they found a way to help me get off the heroin and detox in a way that was safe for me and my unborn baby. I had my daughter nine weeks early but she was perfect healthy and alive. Thanks to prototypes thanks to the PA and that used to work there. I am over 25 years clean and sober and I wanna think prototypes you guys are amazing the woman that were there the counselors or on top of it. If you wanna get clean work this program. I was there almost a year when I left and like I said, I am still clean today. I still have my my tools to stay sober and I love it. Life is amazing and my daughter is now 25 years old and she’s amazing so thank you prototypes thank you to April and Anne and all the people there thank you.#Blessed ThankfulGreatful

My mother was in this program in the early 90's I remember living with her here ehen she got back custody of me and my little brother 😭 things were hard but the staff and people were good I remember my brother tire to… runa away and a male staff stepped in and talked with him as he had a hard time adjusting. Im thankful for progams like this.. it really can make a difference when you try.. but most importantly is the support one needs in situations like this

@ Ty Harris , I'm sorry to be the one who has to speak some sense into you , but obviously someone needs to since you really think that a "heroine / real drug addict" is ANY different or better than an alcoholic ! You… couldn't have paid too much attention while you were in this program , because that's one of the first things that you learn. Alcohol is a drug, PERIOD. Addiction is an ugly beast, no matter what substance you used to fuel it, it's all equally bad. You would know this if you actually opened your mind and allowed yourself to be vulnerable and heal and be receptive enough to carry what you learned here. You just sound like a hypocrite, an ignorant one at that. Really though, I hope you've humbled yourself since writing that comment, and I hope you've overcame your battle with alcohol .👏👏

This place is horrible, they don't know how to deal with mental health and left me on the streets when I went into a psychosis (I'm bipolar 1) Do Not go here I repeat DO NOT GO HERE THEY ONLY Care ABOUT THE MONEY NOT… YOU. I was bullied by my roommates they didn't care I was videotaped by my other roommate they didn't care Than when I went to get my meds and belongings they shut the door and laughed at me (staff) When I finally got my stuff they stole all my clothes except a sweater Please do not go here

Never would I return. Not a good place and they let people who use drugs watch your kids what sense is that making they won’t even hire someone to watch the children at the center. They want other ex users, to watch… your kid and being that I was there for alcohol. I definitely did not want people who were using heroin and other drug’s watching my kid the staff had favorites. And most were ex drug users themselves I wouldn’t recommend they’re a joke and constantly threaten to tell the court to put people back in jail

I don't recommend the first one. The counselors are friendly, but it's just a facade. My wife was at this center for a week, and one of the women accused her of being a thief, saying she stole her sweater. But my… husband has witnesses who saw one of the women who left give that sweater to my wife. They took her to her counselor, Leslie. All the counselors are young, and instead of taking my wife's side and helping her, they called her a thief and said horrible things to her. Also, every time I tried to call to check on my wife, they had my number blocked so I couldn't talk to her, and perhaps also so my wife wouldn't tell me how they were treating her. They do this so you don't know and can't connect with the people inside. They only treat people with money well, and they treat everyone else like garbage. That's why they don't want their families to find out; that's why they block numbers. Don't visit that place. I do not recommend the first one, the counselors are kind but it is just a mask they have on. My wife was in this center for a week and one of the women accused her that she was a thief who stole her sweater but my husband has witnesses who saw that one of the women who left gave that sweater to my wife. They took her to her counselor, her counselor's name is Leslie, all the counselors are young and instead of taking my wife's side and helping her, they told her that she was a thief and, accusing her, they said ugly things to her. . Also every time I tried to talk to see how my wife was doing, they had my number blocked so that I would not talk to her and also perhaps so that my wife would not tell me how they were treating her and they do that so that one does not know and have a connection and a good relationship with the people inside. They only treat people who have money well and they look at the rest as trash and that's why they don't want their family members to realize that's why they block the numbers and don't visit that place.

I had the privilege to experience my first rodeo of rehabilitation here; had the greatest counselors, best organized and place to rest my head safe environment. Peers to look up too. Everything close by Dr office Tad… office, hospitable wen I needed to Deliver my baby. Church available with GREAT LEADERS. Made a lot of long lasting friendship. My mindset was PERSEVERANCE, I learned that the exactly meant and ran with it with determination. I encourage you; thinking of self care and not in a position to care for your kids or no foundation structure is 🔑 And here is where you can start the journey. Good luck zBlessed you will be.- DA
