In the beginning this place says they have your best interest but after a while you become just a number and quota to do a quick fix. Staff changes too often especially the head of administration and interest becomes… what benefits their needs. Don't waste your time. there's no clarity and very poor training they dictate in the direction of what they believe what your best interest, ignoring what you actually need.
STAY AWAY!!! The treat you as a number and someone to make $$$. The 2 psychologists I had were just there to get their job done and to get paid. Both psychologists I had truly didn’t gave me any EFFECTIVE therapy, such… as, giving me advice, bouncing off ideas and setting goals, giving me CONSTRUCTIVE Criticism, or helping me understand better how my mental illnesses or childhood trauma effect my current life. Generally, I felt I was talking to a WALL most of the time. Also, good luck seeing a PSYCHIATRIST anytime soon, it takes 4 months to see one 🙄…I am very happy I got away from this program because notice I am doing much better with another Psychologist that is great and truly cares about me. This program is so sad it cares about making $$$ and Polices and Procedures more then the patient. As I said before, Stay Away!!!
Counseling here was very comprehensive and helpful to me while I was a client there. I felt fortunate to encounter such carrying and dedicated therapist for a medical plan.
