Ive gone here since 2017 the nurses and most of the counselors are nice but the in center dr is the rudest most unprofessional person you'll ever meet, apparently explaining your withdrawal symptoms is complaining you… can't ask for help at all

Do not go in there expecting to be cared for as a human. You are only looked at as a $$$$$$ sign!!! If a nickle is involved they will risk ruining your life that you have worked so hard in rebuilding over .05€ Some of… the counselors are not professional enough to counsel a gold fish!!!!! If you’re able to quit cold turkey or some other way. Plz do so, no need for the liquid HANDCUFFS!!!!! Can’t wait to get off it!!!

I was worried about the stigmata of that kinda of treatment, but wish I came a lot sooner. If your sick of the daily grind just go.

I've changed my review they've implemented a lot of good things. The monthly mandatory group is online now which is amazing I have severe phobias and sitting in a small room of 20 people with potentially catching COVID… makes me feel a lot better knowing I can sit at home in a group on camera and my counselor Rob is amazing and genuinely cares so they fixed a lot so I give this clinic a thumbs up. My previous review wasn't too fair I feel like they fixed a lot of the issues that I had problems with which is really good lots of places don't do that and they certainly don't listen to their clients usually and fixing those issues so it's a very nice change of pace to feel like we are heard 👍

New management is horrible. Doctor is against raising dosage when methadone wears off. Also noticed floating chunks inside the medication that wasn't there before. I know because I've been taking it for a couple years… now and it's always been clear liquid. The other day I drank it there was a chunk the size of a grain of rice. Also have staffing issues as nobody wants to work there anymore. Always expect one nurse. I hate writing these kind of reviews but I'm hardly the only one that thinks this.

Definitely would recommend if you are looking for help or treatment. Program has worked for me. I traveled from Kentucky to Minnesota to visit family and counselor was able to set it up to where I was able to dose here… on my trip so I didn't go without medicine. Grateful for that.

I'm hearing that this place does background checks. And aren't letting people of color in as well.

This is an amazing drug treatment center! If you have an addiction problem and you are ready to address it this is the place to go! It is a well-rounded program that addresses all aspects of the addiction problem! They… work with you on everything in your life including counseling! I do miss the counselor-led groups that we used to have, however because of the pandemic we cannot meet in groups anymore! It would be nice if we could have groups again! The groups were extremely helpful to me so that I could meet with people that I could relate to!

I've used this clinic for nearly 10 years, & it's been a life-saver! Even though the staff turnaround is fairly high (common in this business from my research) most every counselor is willing to help & a pleasure to… speak to. There are rarely any long lines to dose & even when there are, the line moves at a decent pace in most cases (unless you get a problem/overly chatty person).

I was a client here for over 4 years and I tell you what, thanks to Dakota Treatment Center/New Seasons Dakota it was the easiest and best 4 years I have had in a long LONG time!!! Getting started was a pretty… straightforward and simple process. You do an intake and have to dose in clinic daily except Sunday's and holidays for your first couple months or so but you slowly gain more take home doses and eventually you can work up to once a month. Dosing is really quick usually and you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. Be prepared to start off low and slow because they start you off at a very low dose. So long ago I can't remember the exact dose but I believe it was10mg and it took almost 3 weeks for me to get to a dose that really gave me decent relief from my withdrawal symptoms and held me symptom free to where I needed to be to stay off dirty street drugs 💉 and chewing down pills all day. The staff here has been GREAT!!! They definitely have had a fair share of turnover within the ranks over my 4 years but I never had a bad counselor nor did I ever dislike a staff member. The nurses are the stars of the show really. They're the ones that are really on the front lines getting everything coordinated with the doctors, directors, other nurses and your counselor And with that being said let me also say that the nurses here are GREAT!!! Super friendly and really good at what they do. They definitely get Sh*znit done!!! Wow, didn't intend to write such a long review. Hope it helps someone along the way. Thanks for reading.

This place has changed my life. I’ve been going here for almost 8 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this treatment center. The staff is sincere about helping people. They care and it shows.… Never feel judged or treated less than because of addiction issues. The nurses are very personable and kind. Doing intake was an easy process, my counselors have been fabulous, they are also sincere in their care. I’m never treated as a number like other methadone clinics, I’m treated as an individual. If you’re looking for a new way of life and are serious about it this is the best place for you to go. In my experience this treatment center is 100% better than any other place. No one is loitering outside, the parking lot is a not a hang out. It’s a smaller more personable place!

Fast in & out dosing, great nursing staff, counselor turn-over rate is high compared to all other MMT

When I arrive to this clinic every day, it feels like I am taking steps toward becoming a better me.

Nice staff , and after 10 years of use and trying to get sober.well this place sure helped. Great people especially this 1 nurse 😊 all around if you need help check it out.

It stops the chasing immediately and saves a lot of money spent on the street. I have an organized routine now that was impossible when hustling. I can hold a job! If you have any question at all if your an addict… please check this place out. I thought my life was over and now i got it back. Thank you God and Dakota Treatment center.
