I have particularly appreciated the emphasis on emotional regulation, mindfulness, values-based living, problem-solving, and building meaningful connections. The skills taught are practical and designed to be used outside of therapy sessions, making them easier to incorporate into daily life. The staff have been professional, supportive, and knowledgeable, creating an environment where growth, learning, and self-reflection are encouraged. The workbook and group materials are well organized and provide a structured approach to understanding and managing anxiety, trauma, depression, and other life challenges. We've had a great experience with ATD's Orem office. The curriculum is fantastic, and the staff are extremely engaging and clearly invested in ensuring clients are progressing toward their goals. This treatment should… be available to everyone with children these days.

Two step kids have been in Life Launch. I would take my kids anywhere but here. One therapist suggested applying for permanent disability to a young impressionable kid on the spectrum who now wonders if he really isn't… capable of working.

Teresa Hoffmann has been absolutely amazing to work with. Her expertise, kindness, gracefulness, and guidance has truly been empowering for me. Dallas is incredible! He’s kind, will listen, and cares. Davee has that brotherly bear lumberjack I got your back vibe, and his open heartedness to my curiosity is so welcoming and leaves me feeling embraced just as I am. Sarah will stop and literally ask me how I’m doing and if I need anything. Her kindness has melted my heart when I needed it most. I’m still in my journey with therapy, and if you’re searching for some soulful therapeutic experts- this is the place.
