Terrible, do not come here. They just want your money. They were hostile, rude, and demeaning. A very unfriendly and unpleasant environment. Convinced me how broken I was, just to pay for so many additional treatments… from them. Made me feel so much worse and I did not feel listened to at all. Just my experience, maybe you’d have a better one.

Gale and Bob are incredibly skilled and provide the empathy to treat clients properly and with love.

This comes from someone who worked with APS on court order, not as a genuine client. If you want to get out of court and on with your life, please please dont come here. I will not pretend I was a compliant client, but… their program felt like complete overkill. UA's depend on your severity/ drug-of-choice, 3 x anonymous meetings A WEEK, group therapy everyweek that included a workbook and other assignments, and the fact you have to call their weird phone line every day to see if you need to be tested. Its incredibly easy to miss a step or two and the whole thing is exhausting and outdated. If youre looking for a place to make a change, this place may be for you. (though I guarantee there are cleaner, friendlier, and less outdated places) But if you just want to get out of the legal system, take yourself over to True North in the same business park and save yourself some time. EDIT: Its been a few months of working with another treatment program and its only showed me how terrible this place really is. Its gross, demeaning, and out of date. Pomarri offers other therapeutic services, works better with insurances (I havent payed a dime), and I dont have to call a phone line EVERYDAY! I get texts when i need to UA!! How crazy is that!?!? This place is an embarrassment.

Bob and Gale at APS are totally awesome. If you need counseling at all I would highly recommend trying them out. I've worked with them for almost 2 years and they are both great. They are very accommodating and helpful!

The therapist was hostile and condescending. They took 2 months to finally send on my evaluation to the people that needed it. I would never recommend that anyone see this place for anything.

Very helpful, kind, and thought provoking. Dr. Gale has helped me work with ptsd and depression. Grateful for help that helps.

When a Bachelor's degree gives you a diagnosis, that is outside the scope of her practice. I'm so glad I am college educated, to better guard myself against weird atrocities like that.

They have always had a strong and helpful presence we can trust when we've needed them over the years and I highly recommend them.

Our doctor was good, but this place is a nightmare with insurance billing. I've called about once a month for six months and never gotten anything resolved. Bob and Nancy in billing are rarely in the office and can't… resolve the issues when they are.
