Mercy hospital in Ada have always taken great care of me anytime I have been there. They have a great staff and provide great care. I highly recommend them!

The only reason Mercy got a 4 from me instead of a perfect 5. Is due to one doctor in particular. Mercy is great to me 50+ years. A certain Dr Arthur made it easy to go elsewhere. He should’ve been a veterinarian. The… other 99.9% of Mercy is fantastic! I still use them. That doctor NEVER again.

I've been goin to Mercy for over 8 years since I retired from Florida and decided to move to Ada,ok. The best medical team I have met work here in Mercy but definitely since Mercy kitchen staff has left Mercy is Not the… same. Those people are unethical make mercy look bad, i was in the elevator and she was very rude and almost pushed me to the side on my walker, I couldn't get her name but I was told she was the culinary Director, I had someone call from The hospital about a complaint I made about her but they hung up on me.

I recently had a sleep study at Mercy Sleep clinic in Ada, OK. The staff memberD’iron made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. The report was easy to read and very timely. I would highly recommend this… clinic to others.

My husband had a surgery here and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and so helpful. I truly felt they cared about my husband and his wellbeing. We drove from south of Norman to this hospital it was… so worth it and honestly, I wish we could have every procedure done here.

Staff doesn’t treat people well, and switchboard operator was rude and hung up when they didn’t know what to say

I had a PET scan two weeks ago and haven't heard a word !???. I have called 4 times and left messages. Finally got a call back Friday, she stated the doctor hadn't read the scan. Going on 3 weeks now. Not happy !!!!!!!!

Went into the er and got told to quit crying and it doesn't hurt that bad as she's pushing on my syst on my leg then get told rudely not to kick the Dr in training when I'm bracing my self and constantly asked do you… wanna do it or not rudely then get told not to scram when I'm in agonizing pain then trys to argue with me ,,, the charge nurse Shanna Nixon was being very unprofessional the whole time then when I asked for her supervisor she said she was the supervisor so she was just very unprofessional

I had only positive experiences. It was a simple CT scan of my chest. Quick and efficent.

RED FLAG ALERT 🚩....Absolutely not will I ever go back to this hospital I'm a heart patient with genetic cardiac syncope had two fainting/ seizure like spells 2 days in a row. I go to the ER and I'm treated so awful and… labeled because I carry a legal medical Marijuana card ! And and then they tend to start treating me like crap when I asked the nurse why I didn't have heart monitors on and an IV the nurse on duty rammed a IV In my arm so hard my vien is now black and hard looks horrible and the doctor didn't give a crap what was happening because he had already labeled me for my medical card .I made a trip back there today to talk to hospital administration and the lady at the front desk of mercy calls some Barney Fife security guard up there like I was a threat to them ! THIS hospital is a joke and I have no trust in them. I have made a trip to a new hospital and have been treated for injuries that mercy caused me when I was already in enough bad health when I came to them and was treated so horrible and walked out of the hospital ER with more injuries , mental anguish and anxiety and almost in another syncope attack when I walked out of there. Please be careful they will discriminate against you if you have a medical Marijuana card and you won't get the treatment you deserve they will also deny you a social worker to come to the ER and talk to your family about the situation. I contacted an attorney about this today !

The sleep study employees were wonderful. Easily answered all my questions and cared that I understood the information I needed. Very professional.
